Just a small note to say that recently a couple of new photo albums have been added, with photos by Annamaria Szabo.

These can be found on the photo page of the blog and they capture moments from two regional championship matches against Torpi MS and Zemplen, respectively.

Doar o mică notă despre faptul că recent am adăugit două albume foto, cu poze făcute de Annamaria Szabo.

Acestea se pot găsi pe pagina foto ("Photos") al blogului nostru şi capturează momente de la două meciuri jucate la campionatul regional împotrival Torpi MS şi Zemplen.

Csak egy kis bejegyzés azt illetően, hogy nemrég két új fotóalbumot tettünk fel, a képeket Szabó Annamária készítette.

Ezen albumokat a blog fotó ("Photos") oldalán lehet megtalálni és a vidéki bajnokságon Torpi MS és Zemplén ellen játszott két meccs pillanatait örökítik meg.

As we did for the recently ended regional championship, it's time to have a look back at the Diapolo championship, too that ran in parallel at Budapest...

Since autumn last year, the lads oscillated between their home town and Budapest, the total of 18 matches (out of which 16 happened in Hungary) meant that they and their minibus was an extremely familiar sight at the border crossing...

Long weekend journeys, ten or so hours or more each way, were the prelude and aftermath of their matches - and what matches they were!

Our team and Crisul Oradea were the only teams from Transylvania, the others having been, as we mentioned before on this blog, the very creme of Budapest water polo, suppliers of talent to the polo world superpower Hungarian national team...

The aim for our (in many ways) young team was to gain experience, playing with these superb teams... but the team formed of the Junior II players and some of their younger colleagues put in a performance that truly exhilarated supporters.

Who can forget for example the solid win against the superb BVSC or the first match against the mighty KSI SE, when Aquasport's boys turned the situation upside down in the last minute, producing a victory that made the press... whilst the lads had to battle with extremely difficult training conditions prior to the inauguration of the new covered pool.

It all had many valuable lessons of all possible kinds for the lads, and the final act of the championship was a fantastic match and a win against Crisul Oradea last Saturday.

As we mentioned, with 5th place in an extremely tough list of ten teams, with 27 points from 9 wins being ahead of teams like Honved Budapest and Crisul Oradea, the team really deserves hefty congratulations.

After so many journeys, in the fullest sense of the word, the players and coach can reflect back on this and the regional championhip. After brief rest, life and work continues in the pool - as the national championship future rounds are on the horizon.

It was beautiful and inspirational lads! - and we must also thank everybody who helped and supported the team behind the scenes, organising and making all their journeys possible.

Cum am procedat în cazul campionatului regional, este timpul să facem o mică retrospectivă a campionatului Diapolo care s-a desfășurat în paralel.

Din toamnă încoace, echipa a oscilat între orașul natal și Budapesta, cele 18 meciuri (din care 16 au avut loc la Budapesta) au însemnat că minibusul lor a fost o apariție regulată la hotarul între cele două țări...

Călătorii lungi, de câte zece ore sau mai mult în ambele direcții, constituiau preludiul și epilogul meciurilor... și ce de meciuri!

Aquasport și Crișul Oradea erau singurele echipe din Transilvania, celelalte fiind crema echipelor de polo din Budapesta, furnizori de talent pentru naționala Ungariei, o superputere în polo...

Obiectivul echipei din mai multe privințe tinere a fost câștigarea de experiență, jucând cu aceste echipe, dar jucătorii Junior II și colegii lor mai tineri au produs o performanță care a dus la extaz suporterii...

Cine poate uita de exemplu victoria solidă împotriva lui BVSC, sau primul meci cu superbul KSI SE, unde băieții au întors pe dos situația în ultimul minut, producând victorii care au ajuns și pe paginile presei... în timp ce se luptau cu condiții extrem de dificile de antrenament înainte de inaugurarea noului bazin acoperit.

Campionatul a produs multe ”lecții” de toate felurile pentru băieți, și actul final a fost un meci fantastic câștigat de ei împotrival echipei clubului Crișul Oradea sâmbăta trecută.

Cu locul cinci pe lista foarte dificilă de zece echipe, cu 27 de puncte după 9 victorii, clasându-se înaintea unor echipe ca Honved Budapesta și Crișul Oradea, echipa chiar merită enorme felicitări.

După atâtea călătorii în sensul cel mai complet al cuvântului, jucătorii și antrenorul pot să se reflecteze  la acest campionat și la cel regional. După o mică pauză, munca continuă pentru că vin etapele următoare la campionatul național.

A fost foarte frumos și inspirațional, băieți! Totodată mulțumim tuturor celor care au ajutat și suportat echipa în spatele culiselor, organizând și făcând toate aceste călătorii posibile.

Mint tettük a vidéki bajnokság esetében, ideje visszatekintsünk a budapesti Diapolo bajnokságra amely párhuzamosan zajlott le.

Ősz óta a csapat ingázott az otthon és Budapest között, az összesen 18 (ebből 16 Budapesten megrendezett) meccs azt is jelentette, hogy minibuszuk nagyon ismerős látvány volt a két ország közti határon...

Hosszú, mindkét irányban tíz vagy még több órás utazások voltak meccseik elő- és utójátékai... és micsoda meccsek voltak!

Aquasport és Crisul Nagyvárad voltak az egyedüli erdélyi csapatok e bajnokságon, a többiek a budapesti vízilabda krémjét képviselték, a poló világhatalomnak számító magyar válogatott utánpótló csapataiként.

A minden szempontból fiatal csapatunknak a célja tapasztalatszerzés volt, de az Ifi II-es játékosok és fiatalabb társaik olyan teljesítményt produkáltak amely a drukkereket eksztázisba lendítette.

Ki feledheti el például a BVSC elleni szolid győzelmet, vagy a szuper KSI SE csapata ellen vívott első meccsen az utolsó percben megfordított helyzetet és győzelmet, amely a sajtó oldalaira is került, főleg, hogy sokáig rendkívül nehéz körülmények között edzhettek csak, mielőtt felavatásra került az új fedett medence.

A bajnokság minden elképzelhető leckét hozott a srácoknak, és a finálé egy fantasztikus meccs volt múlt szombaton, ahol nyertek is a Crisul Nagyvárad ellen.

Ötödik helyen végezve egy rendkívül nehéz tizes listán, 27 ponttal 9 győzelem után és olyan csapatok elé helyezkedve, mint a Honvéd Budapest és Crisul Nagyvárad, mindenképpen hatalmas gratulációkat érdemelnek.

Ennyi, a szó minden értelmében vett utazás után a játékosok és edzőjük visszatekinthet a bajnokságra, kis pihenést is beszúrva - de folytatódik a kemény meló mert jönnek az országos bajnokság következő fordulói.

Rendkívül szép és sokakat inspiráló teljesítmény volt, fiúk! Ugyanakkor köszönetünket fejezzük ki mindazon kulissza mögötti szervezőnek és támogatónak is, akik lehetővé tették a számtalan utat.

The fourth and final day of the first qualification round at the Junior III national championship had one match for Aquasport's younger team. After last night's huge excitement after the final act of Diapolo championship (thankfully, on a surreal note, their older comrades haven't perforated the pressurised tent in joyous jumping up & down :-)..) this was back to "normal business".

The encounter was with Viitorul Cluj, whom they met before in the regional championship organised in Hungary and also at the Transylvania Cup, and their matches were always reliable causes for accelerated heart rates...

This morning's match was no different and it ended with 12-6 final score for Viitorul Cluj.

So now after many months of regional championship, which ended just before this tournament started, and four days of hard work at six matches, all extremely valuable experiences for the lads, they can take a break and have some deserved rest.

Congrats for the wins, the intense matches during which they gave their best and for the lots of excitement they caused - and we wish them also a relaxing rest of the weekend.

A patra și ultima zi a primului tur de calificare la campionatul național Junior III a adus un meci pentru echipa Aquasport mai tânără. După extazul de ieri seară la actul final al campionatului Diapolo (după care din fericire, ca să fim un pic surreali, camarazii lor mai în vârstă nu au perforat cortul presurizat cu țopăiala bucuroasă bine meritată :-) ), astăzi am reintrat la ”normal”.

Întâlnirea a fost cu Viitorul Cluj, cu care au jucat meciuri la campionatul regional organizat în Ungaria și  la Cupa Transilvania - întâlnirile lor au fost totdeauna surse sigure de puls accelerat...

Acest meci de azi nu a fost diferit, și s-a terminat cu scorul final de 12-6 pentru Viitorul Cluj.

Deci după multe luni la campionatul regional care s-a încheiat tocmai înainte de acest turneu, și după patru zile de muncă intensă la șase meciuri care au adus experiență extrem de valoroasă pentru băieți, acum ei pot să ia o odihnă bine meritată.

Felcitări pentru meciurile câștigate, pentru toate meciurile intense din aceste zile la care au dat la maxim tot și pentru multele emoții pe care le-au cauzat - și le dorim un rest de weekend relaxant.

Az országos Ifi III bajnokság első selejtező fordulójának negyedik és utolsó napja egy meccset hozott az Aquasport fiatalabb csapata számára. Ez visszatérés volt a normalitásba, a tegnap esti eksztázis után, amikor a Diapolo bajnokság záró aktusát követően (már hogy picit szürreálisak legyünk) idősebb társaik szerencsére nem ütöttek lyukat fejük felett a sátran az örömteljes kiérdemelt ugrándozásban :-)

A találkozó a Viitorul Kolozsvár csapatával volt, akikkel a Magyarországon szervezett vidéki bajnokság keretében és a Transzilvánia Kupán is játszottak, meccseik mindig felgyorsult pulzus biztos forrásai voltak.

E mai meccs sem különbözött az előbbiektől, ez 12-6-os végeredménnyel zárult a kolozsváriak javára.

Így a sok hónapja tartó vidéki bajnokság után amely pont e turné előtt ért véget, és négy napon át hat meccsen lenyomott kemény munka után, amelyek mind rendkívül értékes tapasztalatokat hoztak a srácoknak, most megérdemelten kipihenhetik magukat.

Gratulálunk a győzelmekért, a kemény harcos meccsekért amelyeken mindent kiadtak magukból, és a sok okozott izgalomért is - kellemes hátralevő hétvégét és pihenést kívánunk mindenkinek.

The third day of the Junior III national championship started for Aquasport with a morning match again, the opponent having been Torpi Targu-Mures this time. So with plenty of action and excitement already on a Saturday morning, Aquasport won with the final score of 18-8.

The afternoon was a quite special one - the mighty Crisul Oradea was the opponent, so it was quite a valuable experience for the lads, it ending with 21-1 score for Crisul.

Again congrats for today's action and all the best for Sunday's last remaining match with Viitorul Cluj!

The evening brought another match with Crisul Oradea, but this was for the last stage of the Diapolo championship, which brought our Junior II team to Budapest so many times since Autumn last year.

And what a match again! Almost half-way through, 3-3... then at the end of 3rd quarter, 4-6 for Crisul...and then.... final score 8-7 for Aquasport! Superb win lads, congratulations after a long, long journey!

Aquasport Junior II team finishes at 5th place in the Diapolo championship, which has ten teams in total and brought the creme of Budapest water polo teams as opponents, most being direct suppliers of talent to the Hungarian national team, so it really was a fantastic experience for our team.

Hence separate big congratulations to the older lads and the younger talent who also took part with them in this long superb championship!

A treia zi a campionatului național Junior III a început pentru Aquasport cu un meci de dimineață cu Torpi Târgu-Mureș. Deci cu multă acțiune și emoții, Aquasport a câștigat cu scorul final de 18-8.

După-masă a urmat ceva special, puternica echipă a clubului Crișul Oradea fiind adversara, deci a fost o experiență valoroasă pentru băieți, rezultatul fiind 21-1 pentru Crișul.

Felicitări pentru eforturile de azi și mult succes pentru ultimul meci duminică cu Viitorul Cluj!

Seara a adus încă un meci cu Crișul Oradea, dar acesta a fost pentru ultima etapă a campionatului Diapolo, în cadrul căreia echipa noastră Junior II a jucat de multe ori la Budapesta din toamnă încoace.

Și iarăși ce meci! Cam la jumătatea meciului, 3-3... apoi la capătul sfertului trei, 4-6 pentru Crișul... apoi... 8-7 pentru Aquasport! O victorie superbă băieți, felicitări după o lungă călătorie metaforic vorbind.

Aquasport este pe locul cinci între cele zece echipe din tabela campionatului Diapolo, care a adus cream echipelor de polo din Budapesta ca adversari, majoritatea fiind furnizori direcți de talent pentru echipa națională ungară - deci a fost o experiență fantastică pentru echipă.

Deci felicitări separat pentru echipa mai în vârstă, dar și pentru jucătorii mai tineri care au luat parte cu ei la acest campionat superb!

Az Ifi III országos bajnokság harmadik napja a Torpi Marosvásárhellyel játszott meccsel kezdődött Aquasport számára, így sok akcióval és izgalommal a végeredmény 18-8 volt Aquasport javára.

Délután különlegesnek ígérkezett, mert a nagykaliberű Crisul Nagyvárad volt az ellenfél, így szuper tapasztalat volt a srácoknak, az eredmény 21-1 lett a váradiak javára.

Gratulálunk a mai erőfeszítésekért és sok sikert a vasárnapi utolsó meccsre a Viitorul Kolozsvár csapatával!

Az este még egy meccset hozott a Crisul idősebb csapatával, ez a Diapolo bajnokság utolsó fordulója volt amely keretében Ifi II-es csapatunk sokszor játszott Budapesten.

És ismét micsoda meccs! Szinte a mérkőzés felénél 3-3, majd a harmadik negyed végén 4-6 Váradnak... és végül... 8-7 Aquasport javára! Szuper győzelem srácok, gratulálunk egy képletesen szólva hosszú út végén!

Aquasport ötödik helyen van a tíz csapatot számláló Diapolo táblázatban, amely a budapesti vízilabda krémjét hozta ellenfelekként, legtöbbjük a magyar válogatott közvetlen utánpotló csapatai is - így rendkívüli tapasztalat volt csapatunk számára.

Gratulálunk az időseb csapatnak is, és a fiatalabb játékosoknak is akik velük részt vettek ezen szuper bajnokságon!

The second day was promising to be a tough one for the team, with two matches bringing more strong teams to the other side of the pool...

The morning encounter was with CSM Brasov, certainly something that kept parents and all supporters at the edge of their seat, so it lived up to all expectations...

The final score was 15-11 for Aquasport's young team, so big congratulations to the lads for starting the day with this very tense, but victorious battle.

The afternoon brought another very tough cookie, CSM Oradea's team. This made the lads day one with mixed emotions, as CSM Oradea won 15-5.

Once again, congrats for today's action and performance, three matches down and three more to go :-)... Lots of success for the following two days!

A doua zi se promitea a fi una grea pentru echipă, cu două meciuri care erau să aducă încă câteva echipe puternice în cealaltă jumătate a bazinului...

Întâlnirea de dimineață a fost cu CSM Brașov, eveniment care a ținut părinții și suporterii pe marginea scaunelor, confirmând așteptările legate de acest meci...

Scorul final a fost 15-11 pentru echipa noastră tânără, deci enorme felicitări pentru începutul tens dar victorios în această zi.

După-masă orarul competițional a adus încă o echipă tare, CSM Oradea. Acest meci a transformat ziua într-una cu emoții mixte, pentru că Oradea a câștigat meciul cu scorul 15-5.

Încă o dată felicitări pentru acțiunea intensă și performanța de astăzi, gata cu trei meciuri tari :-), ne mai așteaptă încă trei - mult success pentru zilele următoare!

A második nap is nehéznek ígérkezett a csapat számára, két olyan meccsel amelyek erős csapatokat hoztak a medence tulsó felébe...

A reggeli találkozó CSM Brassó csapatúval volt, ez a szülőket és drukkereket a székek szélén tartotta, így teljesen talált e meccs iránti elvárásokkal...

A végeredmény 15-11 volt a fiatal csapatunk számára, így hatalmas gratulációk a feszült de győzedelmes napkezdéshez.

Délután ismét kemény dió következett, a CSM Nagyvárad csapatával vívott mérkőzés. Ez vegyes érzelmekkel telt nappá változtatta a mait, mivel a váradiak nyertek 15-5-re.

Még egyszer gratulálunk a srácoknak a mai kemény akcióhoz és teljesítményhez, három meccs megvan, még vár ránk másik három... sok sikert az elkövetkező két napra!

On the first day of this championship's first qualification stage organised at Targu Mures, Aquasport had one match, the third in this morning's time table.

The encounter with AMEFA Arad was to be tough one, a strong team that also beat Oradea recently... It was a dramatic start for the team as the final score was 22-3 for the Arad team. It is a historic item of interest, that AMEFA had very recently celebrated the sport club's 100th year of existence... Their water polo section also has long tradition and is certainly, even in the junior age groups, a respectable one - playing with them was a great opportunity for the young team.

Tomorrow the team has two matches, with CSM Oradea and CSM Brasov - the timetable can be magnified above by clicking on the poster image. We wish the lads lot of success for the coming days, another five matches await them.

În prima zi a etapei tur la acest campionat organizat la Târgu Mureș, Aquasport a avut un meci, al treilea în calendarul acestei dimineți.

Întâlnirea cu AMEFA Arad a fost dificilă, o echipă puternică care a bătut și Oradea recent... A fost un început dramatic pentru echipă, scorul final fiind 22-3 pentru echipa din Arad. Este o curiozitate istorică faptul, că acest club din urmă și-a sărbătorit foarte recent 100 de ani de existență, secția lor de polo având și ea o lungă tradiție și chiar și la juniori este una respectabilă - meciul a fost o oportunitate superbă pentru tânăra noastră echipă de a juca cu ei.

Mâine echipa are două meciuri, cu CSM Oradea și CSM Brasov - orarul se poate mări mai sus dacă faceți click pe imaginea afișului. Mult succes pentru următoarele zile, încă cinci meciuri vor urma în total pentru echipa noastră mai tânără.

A bajnokság első selejtező fordulójában, amelyet Marosvásárhelyen rendeztek meg, ezen első nap egy meccset hozott Aquasport csapatának, a mai harmadik mérkőzést a teljes órarend szerint.

A meccs az AMEFA Arad csapatával keménynek ígérkezett, erős csapat, amely nemrég Nagyváradot is legyőzte. Drámai kezdet volt csapatunk számára mivel a végeredmény 22-3 volt az aradiak javára. Kis sporttörténeti érdekesség, hogy az AMEFA klub a közelmúltban ünnepelte fennállásának 100-ik évfordulóját. A vízilabda részlegük is nagy hagyományra tekint vissza és nagyon jó tapasztalat volt fiatalabb csapatunknak velük megmérkőzni.

Holnap a csapatnak két meccse lesz, CSM Nagyvárad és CSM Brassó csapataival - a teljes órarendet ki lehet nagyítani ha klikkelnek a fenti poszter képén. Sok sikert kívánunk az elkövetkező napokra, még öt mérkőzés vár összesen a fiatalabb csapatunkra.

As above poster shows, the first qualification round of the Junior III age group national championship is to take place at Targu Mures olympic pool between 24-27 May.

Aquasport's younger team will play a total of 6 matches, and we wish them best of success for this major event! We warmly welcome everybody!

După cum se vede în afișul de mai sus, prima etapă de calificare pentru turneul final al campionatului național Junior III se va desfășura la bazinul olimpic din Târgu-Mureș între 24-27 mai.

Echipa Aquasport mai tânără va juca în total 6 meciuri, și le urăm mult succes pentru acest eveniment major! Vă așteptăm cu drag!

Regional championship has ended ● Campionatul regional s-a sfârşit ● Véget ért a vidéki bajnokság

The regional championship, organised in Hungary, had its last stage take place on Saturday. For Aquasport's younger team, it had a beautiful ending with a double win and a third place in the table.

It all began in November last year, and the lads took part in this long championship to gain valuable experience, playing with teams from Hungary and Romania, whilst they were taking part in numerous other competitions, making their calendar an extremely busy one by any standard.

There were many long bus journeys between the two countries - journeys that, among other things, were the source of many funny Facebook photos over the past months :-) There were many long and intense Saturdays with two matches in each stage - and countless training sessions with hard preparation work in-between these eventful weekends.

All that work led to beautiful results for the very young team, they having climbed at one point to second place in the table and having led the goal scorer tables for several months. The final picture can be seen below, with the lads on a very respectable third place and third (and second) places in goals and action goals tables, respectively.

Huge congratulations to the team and also many thanks for all the excitement, nail biting tensions and healthy jumping up & down they caused us, supporters, over many months :-)

Campionatul regional organizat în Ungaria a avut ultima sa etapă sâmbătă. Pentru echipa mai tânără, a avut un sfârșit frumos cu o dublă victorie și un loc trei în tabelă.

Totul a început în noiembrie anul trecut, și băieții au luat parte la acest campionat pentru a câștiga experiență valoroasă, jucând cu echipe din Ungaria și România, în timp ce jucau și la numeroase alte competiții, toate acestea transformând calendarul lor în unul foarte intens.

Au fost multe călătorii lungi între cele două țări cu autobuzul - călătorii care, printre altele, au fost sursa a multor poze hazlii pe Facebook de-a lungul acestor luni :-) Au fost multe sâmbete intense și lungi, cu câte două meciuri de fiecare dată - și nenumărate antrenamente cu muncă intensă de pregătire între aceste weekenduri pline de evenimente.

Tot efortul acesta a dus la rezultate frumoase pentru tânăra echipă, ei urcând la un moment dat pe locul doi în tabelă și conducând timp de multe luni lista golghetterilor. Imaginea finală se poate vedea mai sus în secțiunea în limba engleză, cu băieții situându-se pe locul trei și pe locurile trei și doi în tabela golurilor și a golurilor de acțiune.

Enorme felicitări echipei și totodată multe mulțumiri pentru toate emoțiile, tensiunile și sănătoasele țopăieli excitate pe care au cauzat nouă, suporterilor de-a lungul acestor luni :-)

A Magyarországon szervezett vidéki bajnokság utolsó fordulója szombaton volt. A klub fiatalabb csapata számára szép finálé volt, dupla győzelemmel és harmadik helyezéssel.

Mindez tavaly novemberben kezdődött, és a srácok értékes tapasztalatszerzésért vettek részt ezen bajnokságon, magyarországi és romániai csapatokkal játszva, miközben sok más versenyen is részt vettek - ez bárki szemével is nézve rendkívül intenzívvé tette naptárukat.

Sok hosszú buszozás volt  a két ország között - utazások, amelyek többek között sok vicces Facebook fotót produkáltak :-) Sok nehéz és hosszú szombatjuk volt, dupla meccsekkel minden alkalommal - és számtalan kemény melóval töltött edzéssel ezen sűrű hétvégék között.

A sok munka szép eredményeket produkált a csapat számára, felemelkedtek a táblázat második helyére is és hónapokig vezettek a góllövők és akciógólok listáján. A végső táblázatokat fennebb az angol nyelvű részen lehet látni, a srácok harmadik helyen vannak és harmadik, illetve második helyen a góllövők és akciógólok ranglistáján.

Hatalmas gratulációk a csapatnak és ugyanakkor mély köszönetünk is az elmúlt hónapok alatt nekünk szurkolóknak okozott sok izgalomért, körömrágásért és nagyon egészséges örömteli ugrándozásokért :-).

One week before their national championship starts, the younger team is having a busy weekend.

Having departed on Friday afternoon, they played two matches this Saturday at the regional championship's last stage at the Hungarian city Nyiregyhaza. It became a beautiful culmination and closure for their long hard effort at this championship.

At noon they had their second encounter with the water polo team from Zemplen. The first match they played in January this year in the same championship was won by Aquasport.

This match ended with a solid 14-8 score in Aquasport's favour, so the lads could prepare in good mood for the next match that was to take place that afternoon at 2PM.

This one was with Torpi Tg.-Mures, again a second encounter between the two teams in this championship, and first match having been won by Aquasport. Today's match was won 6-3 by Aquasport.

Congratulations to the team for this Saturday's double win!

Also, this at the end of this championship lifts the young team to the third place in the green group, so a fantastic performance from the lads, after many many weekends of long travels and double matches in Hungary.

It was a long and difficult journey, literally and metaphorically speaking - and it was an extremely beautiful one, boys!

While we wish them an easy journey home, we also wish them good rest as next week preparations continue for the first round at the national championship.

 Cu o săptămână înainte de începerea campionatului național în grupa lor de vârstă, echipa mai tânără avea un weekend activ.

După ce au pornit la drum vineri, la ultima etapă a campionatului regional au jucat două meciuri în orașul Nyiregyhaza din Ungaria. Aceasta a devenit și o încheiere frumoasă a eforturilor lor lungi și susținute la acest campionat.

La amiază ei au avut a doua lor întâlnire cu echipa clubului de polo din Zemplen. Primul meci jucat între cele două echipe în ianuarie anul acesta la acest campionat a fost câștigat de către Aquasport.

Acest meci s-a sfârşit cu scorul solid de 14-8 pentru Aquasport, aşa că băieţii puteau să se pregătească în toane bune pentru următoarea partidă care urma la 2 după-masa.

Aceasta din urmă a fost jucată cu echipa Torpi Tg.-Mureș,  fiind tot a doua întâlnire între cele două echipe la acest campionat, prima fiind câștigată de Aquasport.

Meciul de azi a fost câștigat tot de Aquasport cu scorul de 6-3.

Felicitări echipei pentru dubla victorie de azi! Totodată, pentru o performanță superbă, echipa tânără s-a ridicat la locul trei în grupa verde la sfârșitul acestui campionat, după multe weekenduri cu călătorii lungi și câte două meciuri.

A fost un drum lung, dificil, și la propriu, și la figurat - și a fost extrem de frumos băieți!

În timp ce le urăm călătorie ușoară spre casă, totodată le dorim odihnă plăcută, pentru că săptămâna viitoare se continuă în plină forță pregătirile pentru etapa tur  la campionatul național.

Egy héttel a korcsoportjuk országos bajnokságának kezdete előtt a fiatalabb csapatnak aktív hétvégéje volt.

Miután pénteken útnak indultak, e szombaton két meccset játszottak Nyíregyházán a vidéki bajnokság utolsó fordulójának keretében. Ez ma a bajnokságon kifejtett hosszú kitartó munkájuk nagyon szép és emlékezetes záróakkordja is lett egyben.

Délben a Zempléni vízilabda klub csapatával mérkőztek meg, ez volt második találkozásuk ezen bajnokságon, első meccsüket januárban Aquasport nyerte meg.

E meccs szolid 14-8-as eredménnyel ért véget Aquasport javára, így a srácok jó hangulatban készülhettek a délután kettőkor kezdődött második meccsre.

Ez utóbbit a Torpi Marosvásárhely csapatával játszották, e bajnokságon előző mérkőzésüket az Aquasport csapata nyerte. E meccsen is Aquasport nyert 6-3-ra.

Gratulálunk a csapatnak a mai dupla győzelemért! Ugyanakkor, egy szuper teljesítményért is, mivel a fiatal csapat felemelkedett így a bajnokság végén a zöld csoportban a harmadik helyre, sok sok hosszú utazásokkal és dupla meccsekkel telített hétvégék után.

Hosszú és nehéz út volt, szó szerint és képletesen szólva is - és rendkívül szép volt, fiúk!

Miközben kellemes hazautazást kívánunk nekik, ugyanakkor jó pihenést is, hiszen jövő héten teljes erővel folytatják felkészülésüket az országos bajnokságra.

After the last few days of fiery action at the national championship, the older team had a short rest, watching a few thrilling matches at Oradea, where the Champions League Final Four was staged, then continued their journey to Hungary.

This Saturday they played against the Bokay KSI team in the Diapolo championship, this being the penultimate stage of this Budapest championship, and our lads won with final score of 10-6.

As usual, and we said this many times during this fantastic week during which the boys made local history, congratulations to the team for the victory and we wish them a safe journey home - and a well and truly deserved rest!

După ultimele câteva zile de acțiune înfierbântată la campionatul național, echipa mai în vârstă a avut un pic de odihnă urmărând câteva meciuri la Final Four - Liga Campionilor organizat la Oradea, apoi și-au continuat drumul spre Ungaria,.

Sâmbăta aceasta au jucat împotriva echipei Bokay KSI în cadrul campionatului Diapolo, aceasta fiind penultima etapă a acestui campionat din Budapesta - ai noștri au câștigat meciul cu scorul de 10-6.

Ca de obicei, și chiar că a trebuit să spunem de multe ori acest lucru în timpul acestei săptămâni fantastice pe parcursul căreia băieții au făcut istorie locală, felicitări pentru performanță și le dorim călătorie plăcută spre casă - și în plus, odihnă plăcută chiar de tot bine meritată!

Az utóbbi pár napban az országos bajnokságban lezajlott heves akció után az idősebb csapat pihent egy kicsit, megnézve pár meccset a Nagyváradon megrendezett Bajnokok Ligájának Final Four turnéján, majd folytatta útját Magyarországra.

Ma szombaton a Bókay KSI csapata ellen játszottak a budapesti Diapolo bajnokság utolsó előtti fordulójának keretében, és 10-6-ra nyertek is.

Szokásos módon, és ezt az elmúlt napokban nagyon sokszor kellett mondjuk miközben a srácok várostörténeti jelentőségű eredményt produkáltak, gratulálunk a csapatnak, kellemes utat hazafele és igazán maximálisan kiérdemelt pihenést!

Second day at the national championship ● A doua zi la campionatul național ● Második nap az országos bajnokságon

The  first match played by Aquasport was with CSM Cluj, and our lads started on a dominant note.

With high-speed action, the first quarter ended 3-1 for Aquasport, after that the lads began to really impose themselves, a very strong defence having also played a crucial role. Second quarter ended with 9-2, then 10-4 in 3rd quarter and final score was 13-6 for Aquasport.

This outcome also marked a historic event: since the 1980s, this is the first time that water polo team from our home town qualifies for the final tournament of the national championship.

So a truly huge congratulations to the entire team!

At 6PM today, we played a match against Viitorul Cluj, obviously the lads returned to the pool in an extremely good mood.

The first quarter ended 3-2 for Aquasport, then next one with 6-5, hence one can imagine how tight and typically heart stopping the game was. In third quarter, Viitorul started to turn the situation around, ending that quarter with 9-10 in their favour, then the final score became 10-13 for them.

Another truly beautiful and animated match, and once again, heartfelt congratulations to Aquasport team for a superb performance these two days, when they indeed made local history! Bucharest, see you in July for the final tournament!

Primul meci jucat azi de către Aquasport a fost cu CSM Cluj, și băieții noștri au început pe o notă dominatoare.

Cu multă acțiune de mare viteză, primul sfert s-a terminat la 3-1 pentru Aquasport, după care băieții chiar că au început să se impună, o apărare foarte bună jucând și ea un rol crucial. Al doilea sfert s-a terminat cu scorul de 9-2, apoi 10-4 în sfertul trei și scorul final a fost 13-6 pentru Aquasport.

Acest rezultat marcheaza și un eveniment de notă în istoria recentă a orașului: din anii 80 încoace, este pentru prima dată că echipă de polo din orașul nostru se califică la turneul final al campionatului național.

Deci într-adevăr enorme felicitări la toată echipa!

La 6 după-masă jucam cu Viitorul Cluj, și clar că băieții au venit la meci în toane foarte bune.

Primul sfert s-a sfârșit cu 3-2 pentru noi, apoi următorul cu 6-5, deci se poate imagina iarăși cât de strâns a fost jocul, cu multe cauze pentru stopuri cardiace... În sfertul trei, Viitorul a început să întoarcă situația pe dos, și au terminat acel sfert cu 9-10 pentru ei... apoi scorul final a fost 10-13 pentru Viitorul Cluj.

Deci încă o dată felicitări din inimă echipei pentru o performanță superbă, prin care chiar s-au înscris în istoria locală! București, ne vedem la turneul final în iulie!

Ma az első meccset a CSM Kolozsvárral játszottuk, és a srácok domináns módban indultak.

Sok nagysebességű akcióval az első negyed 3-1-re végződött javunkra, ezután pedig a fiúk igazán fölénybe léptek, egy nagyon erős védelem is kulcsfontosságú szerepet játszva. A második negyed 9-2-re végződött, majd a harmadik 10-4-re és a végeredmény 13-6 lett Aquasport javára.

Ez az eredmény a város történetében is jegyezhető esemény, mivel a 80-as évek óta ez az első alkalom, amikor a városunk vizilabdában bejut az országos bajnokság döntő fordulójába.

Ezért valóban hatalmas gratulációkat érdemel a csapat!

Délután 6-tól a Viitorul Kolozsvár csapatával játszottunk, a fiúk nagyon jó hangulatban jelentek meg a meccsen.

A mérkőzés első negyede 3-2-re végződött Aquasport javára, a következő pedig 6-5-re, elképzelhető, mennyire feszes és szivstoppokat okozó volt a játék. Ezután a Viitorul megforditotta a helyzetet, a harmadik negyed végén 9-10 volt az eredmény a javukra, majd a végeredmény 10-13 lett javukra.

Még egy szép mérkőzés volt tehát, és még egyszer tiszta szivből gratulálunk a csapatnak a gyönyörű teljesitményért, amellyel valóban helyi történelembe irták be magukat! Bukarest, találkozunk júliusban a döntő turnén!
