It's true that there are no guarantees, but very summer weather arrived - and, to really top it off, its timing was perfect for the festive opening of our home town's Weekend Complex 'active' season yesterday.

The temperatures hitting almost 30 degrees were perfect for the festive event. Pictures from local press can be seen here.

Of course, whilst everybody enjoyed the party and the perfect weather, we focused with a certain fondness for the pool that has become, after the major investment to cover it with a removable state-of-the-art tent, our  main training base.

The tent will remain in place for another few weeks, just in case weather brings some surprises, then hopefully summer truly starts with the pool becoming again an outdoors one.

It will see a lot of action, with stages of the national junior championship being organised here, and of course countless training sessions will take place here.

With hopes of a great summer and a lot of water polo in the sun, we wish everyone perfect leisure time spent in this corner of our town and hope to see many of you at our matches, too.

Adevărat că nu sunt garanții, dar adevărată vreme de vară a sosit - și, în plus, a sosit exact la timp pentru deschiderea festivă de ieri a sezonului estival la Complexul Weekend din orașul nostru.

Temperatura care a atins aproape 30 de grade a fost chiar perfectă pentru evenimentul festiv. Poze din presa locală se pot vedea aici. 

Desigur, în timp ce toți se bucurau de vreme și de petrecere, ne gandeam cu drag la bazinul care, după marea investiție care l-a acoperit cu un cort modern, a devenit baza noastră de antrenament.

Cortul mai rămâne acolo pentru câteva săptămâni, în caz că vremea ne mai aduce surprize mai puțin plăcute, apoi sperăm că vara adevărată începe și bazinul devine unul în aer liber.

Va avea parte de multă acțiune, cu etape ale campionatului național de juniori fiind organizate aici, și desigur nenumărate antrenamente vor avea loc aici.

Cu speranțe mari pentru o vară superbă și mult polo pe apă sub soare, urăm tuturor timp liber plăcut petrecut în acest colț al orașului nostru, și sperăm că vă vedem la meciurile noastre.

Az igaz, hogy nincsenek garanciák, de egyelőre nagyon nyári időjárás érkezett meg - sőt, tökéletes időzítéssel tette ezt a Víkendtelep nyári szezonjának tegnapi ünnepi megnyitójára.

A hőmérséklet majdnem elérte a 30 fokot és így tökéletes volt egy nyárias eseményhez. A helyi sajtó fotóit itt lehet látni.

Természetesen miközben mindenki élvezte ezt és a bulit, szeretettel gondoltuk a medencére amely fő edzőbázisunkká vált egy hatalmas, e medencének modern sátorral való befedését megvalósító beruházásnak köszönhetően.

A sátor még pár hetet a medence felett marad, az esetben ha az időjárás kellemetlenebb meglepetést is okoz, majd reméljük igazán elkezdődik a nyár és kifedhető lesz a medence.

Sok akciót helyszíne lesz, az országos ifi bajnokság több fordulója itt lesz megszervezve és természetesen számtalan edzést fog látni.

Sok reményt fűzve egy kiadós nyárhoz és sok napsütötte vízilabdához, kívánunk mindenkinek kellemes Víkendtelepen töltött szabadidőt városunk ezen sarkában, és reméljük sokukat látjuk majd meccseinken is.

A Saturday with three matches ● O sâmbătă cu trei meciuri ● Egy szombat három meccsel

As mentioned in previous blog post, both teams this weekend had long journeys to two different championships that had their next stages in Hungary on Saturday, at Budapest and Eger. For all their supporters stuck at some distance from the matches, the timetable provided an even rhythm for excitement, as the matches were taking place at 10AM, 12PM and 2PM local time...

The Diapolo championship at Budapest brought this time UVSE-B as opponents to our older age group team. This was the second encounter with this team, last year in the same championship Aquasport won the first match.

The final score this time was 12-5 for Aquasport, so very hearty congratulations for the win and the valuable points in the championship table!

The younger team played in Eger, having two matches - their morning started with a match against Viitorul Cluj, another Romanian team taking part in the regional championship. In the first encounter at the end of last year, Aquasport won in a tight battle by one goal.

After a tense and really again quite heart-stopping match, the final score was 15-15, Viitorul equalising in the last moments in man up situation. Another splendidly exciting match from the lads, and congrats for keeping us tense until the very last moment :)

The second match that afternoon was with Csabai Csirkefogok, and again this was a second encounter between these teams after last year's match that ended with Csabai Csirkefogok winning by one goal.

This time the end result, after a very tense and emotionally draining match with unfortunately significant eliminations, too adding to the intense pressure ended with the score of 21-4 for Csabai Csirkefogok.

Both teams are returning home, so while we wish them a pleasant journey and a good rest on Sunday after many travels and heaps of action, congratulations to everybody for this weekend's multiple performances.

Cum am amintit în articolul trecut, ambele echipe au avut lungi călătorii în acest sfârșit de săptămână la etapele următoare ale două campionate care aveau loc sâmbătă la Budapesta și Eger. Pentru toţi suporterii rămaşi la distanţă de meciuri, orarul a produs un ritm stabil de excitaţii, pentru că meciurile au început la 10 dimineaţa, la amiază şi la 2 după-masa ora locală.

Campionatul Diapolo a adus de data aceasta ca oponenți echipa clubului UVSE-B pentru echipa noastră din grupa mai mare de vârstă. Aceasta a fost a doua întâlnire dintre cele două echipe, după ce anul trecut Aquasport a câștigat primul meci jucat cu UVSE-B.

Scorul final de data aceasta a fost 12-5 pentru Aquasport, deci multe felicitări din inimă pentru victorie și pentru punctele valoroase în tabelul campionatului!

Echipa mai tânără a jucat la Eger două meciuri la campionatul regional - dimineața a început cu partida împotriva echipei clubului Viitorul Cluj. În cadrul primei lor întâlniri la acest campionat la sfârșitul anului trecut, Aquasport a câștigat cu un gol într-o luptă foarte strânsă.

După un meci cu multe stopuri cardiace :), scorul final a fost 15-15, Viitorul egalizând în ultimele momente cu om în plus. Încă un meci splendid de excitant şi felicitări pentru că ţineau suporterii tensionaţi până în ultimele momente :)

Al doilea meci a fost cu echipa clubului Csabai Csirkefogok, tot o a doua întâlnire între ei, prima partidă fiind câștigată cu un gol de Csabai Csirkefogok anul trecut.

De data aceasta, după un meci extrem de tensionat şi greu emoţional, cu multe eliminări semnificative care au  mărit presiunea psihologică, scorul final a fost 21-4 pentru Csabai Csirkefogok.

Ambele echipe se întorc acasă, deci între timp ce urăm tuturor o călătorie plăcută și odihnă duminică după multe călătorii şi multă acţiune, felicitări pentru performanțele din acest sfârșit de săptămână.

Mint az előbbi blog jegyzetben említettük, mindkét csapat hosszú utat tett meg ezen a hétvégén két, Budapesten és Egerben lezajlott bajnokság szombati fordulóira. A távol maradt szurkolóik számára az órarend egy egyenletes ritmust adott az izgalmakhoz, mivel a meccsek helyi idő szerint reggel tízkor, délben és délután kettőkor kezdődtek.

A Diapolo bajnokság ezúttal az idősebb csapat számára ellenfélként az UVSE-B csapatot hozta. Ez volt ezen bajnokságbeli második találkozásuk, miután tavaly ősszel Aquasport nyerte meg az első velük játszott meccset.

Ezúttal a végeredmény 12-5 volt Aquasport javára, így szívből gratulálunk a győzelemért és a táblázatban gyűjtött értékes pontokért!

A fiatalabb csapat Egerben játszott két meccset a vidéki bajnokság keretében. A reggel a kolozsvári Viitorul-lal játszott mérkőzéssel indult. Első találkozásukkor ezen bajnokság keretében az Aquasport nyert egy góllal a tavaly egy szoros küzdelem után.

A mérkőzés ezúttal több szívstopp után 15-15-re végződött, a Viitorul emberfölényben egyenlítve az utolsó pillanatokban. Ismét egy masszívan izgalmas meccs, és gratulálunk a srácoknak, hogy az utolsó pillanatokig izgalomban tartották a drukkereket :)

A második meccs a Csabai Csirkefogók csapatával volt. Velük is ez volt a második mérkőzés, tavaly az első meccsükben a Csabai Csirkefogók győztek egy góllal.

Ezúttal egy rém feszült és pszichésen nehéz mérkőzés végén, miután több jelentős kiállítás is emelte a nyomást, 21-4 lett az eredmény a Csabai Csirkefogók javára.

Mindkét csapat hazaindult, így miközben jó utat és jó vasárnapi pihenést kívánunk mindenkinek a sok utazás és tömérdek akció után, ismételten gratulálunk a hétvégi teljesítményért.

A very busy and animated weekend is coming up for both age groups's teams, with a total of three matches played abroad in two Hungarian cities.

The older team travels again to Budapest, for another round of the Diapolo championship. This time they are playing against UVSE-B, whom they first met in November last year in the same championship.The match then ended with Aquasport winning, so there will be quite some excitement coming this Saturday.

The younger team also has a long journey ahead of them, they will be travelling to Eger in Hungary, and they have two matches scheduled in the regional championship. The first will be against Viitorul Cluj, the second against Csabai Csirkefogok.

What will really raise the temperature for the players and supporters this Saturday is the previous performance of the teams and the fact that both previous encounters with these teams were extremely tight and balanced matches, Aquasport winning by one goal against Viitorul Cluj (currently at 6th place in table) and Csabai Csirkefogok (currently at 3rd place) winning with one goal against Aquasport (at the moment 2nd in the table) - so the coming matches are anything but easily predictable :-)

As usual, but once again sincerely wishing everybody as easy as possible journeys and lot of success with the very intense weekend coming up!

Pentru echipele ambelor grupe de vârstă urmează un sfârșit de săptămână foarte animat și plin de evenimente, cu total de trei meciuri jucate în două orașe din Ungaria.

Echipa mai în vârstă pornește iar spre Budapesta, pentru următoarea etapă a campionatului Diapolo. De data aceasta ei joacă împotriva echipei UVSE-B, cu care la acest campionat s-au intâlnit prima dată în noiembrie anul trecut. Atunci Aquasport a câștigat meciul, așa că sămbăta aceasta sigur urmează mai multă acțiune excitantă.

Echipa mai tânără are și ea o călătorie lungă, ei vor porni spre Eger, Ungaria, și  vor avea două meciuri programate în cadrul campionatului regional. Primul meci va fi cu Viitorul Cluj, iar al doilea cu Csabai Csirkefogok din Ungaria.

Ceea ce va ridica temperatura pentru jucători și suporteri sâmbăta aceasta va fi faptul că meciurile precedente jucate cu aceste două echipe au fost foarte echilibrate și strânse, Aquasport (acum pe locul doi in tabelă) câștigând cu un gol partida cu Viitorul Cluj (acum pe locul 6), și Csaba Csirkefogok (acum pe locul 3) câștigând meciul lor cu un gol diferență. Deci ceea ce urmează sâmbătă va fi foarte greu de prezis, considerând și performanța echipelor în etapele precedente.

Ca de obicei, dar și de data aceasta sincer urăm tuturor călătorii cât se poate de plăcute, și mult succes pentru weekend-ul foarte intense care urmează!

A következő hétvége nagyon eseménydús lesz mindkét korcsoport csapata számára, összesen három meccsel amelyeket két magyarországi városban játszanak majd.

Az idősebb csapat ismét Budapestre indul a Diapolo bajnokság következő fordulójára. Ezúttal az UVSE-B csapattal mérkőznek meg, velük ezen bajnokság keretében először tavaly októberben találkoztak. Akkor Aquasport győzött, így ezen a szombaton lesz ismét izgalom.

A fiatalabb csapat is hosszú útra indul Eger városába, ahol két meccset játszanak a vidéki bajnokság keretében. Az első találkozó a Viitorul Kolozsvár csapatával lesz, majd a Csabai Csirkefogók következnek.

Ezen csapatokkal játszott korábbi nagyon szoros és kiegyensúlyozott mérkőzések története és az elmúlt fordulókbeli szereplésük lesznek azok a tényezők, amelyek felemelik majd a hőmérsékletet a játékosok és szurkolók számára azon a szombati napon. A jelenleg hatodik helyen álló Viitorul ellen Aquasport győzött egy góllal, a most harmadik Csabai Csirkefogók pedig szintén egy góllal győztek a most második helyen álló Aquasport ellen - így ezen a szombati meccseket nem lesz könnyű megjósolni :-)

Szokás szerint, de ezúttal is őszintén kívánunk mindenkinek lehető legkellemesebb utazást és sok sok sikert ezen nagyon mozgalmas hétvégére!

Although we linked it to our video page a while ago, it deserves some unashamed further advertising :-)

Courtesy of a parent's great idea and hard work (as per author mention on the video), a collection of photos taken during the matches that Aquasport played in the past have been used for a funny film.

The soundtrack is assembled from sections of music tracks, such that the lyrics and the images combine into countless jokes.

It is worth mentioning though, that this superbly made self-parody has the tracks in Hungarian language at the moment. Nevertheless, the animations of the long series of photos make it into a wonderfully dynamic and visually funny presentation of all the work & fun the players had a these matches...

We hope you enjoy it, with or without the extra jokes the lyrics add and we'll make sure we come back with more materials in the future, usually serious ones, but not always :-)

Chiar dacă am adăugat-o deja cu un pic de timp în urmă, ceva pe pagina noastră merită un pic de reclamă în plus :-)

Mulțumită unei idei superbe și muncii creative depuse de către un părinte (puteți vedea mențiunea de autor la videoclip), o colecție de poze făcute în timpul meciurilor jucate de către Aquasport a fost folosită pentru un film amuzant.

Coloana sonoră a fost compusă din secțiuni de piese muzicale în așa fel încât imaginile și versurile se combină în nenumărate glume de-a lungul filmului.

Merită menționat că această auto-parodie superbă are versurile în limba maghiară în momentul de față, dar totuși animația seriei de poze selectate face din acest film o prezentare dinamică și vizualmente amuzantă a experiențelor de la aceste meciuri...

Sperăm că vă place cu sau fără elementele adăugate de versuri, și promitem că mai revenim cu mai multe materiale, de obicei serioase dar nu totdeauna :-).

Noha kis ideje már feltettük a video oldalunkra, valami gátlástalanul plusz reklámot érdemel :-)

Egy, a videonál szerzőként megnevezett szülő kitűnő ötletének és sok kemény munkájának köszönhetően, az Aquasport által játszott meccseken készült fotók gyűjteményéből egy vicces film készült.

A film hangja dalrészletekből állt össze olyan módon, hogy a képek és a szöveg számtalan poénná kombinálódnak a videó során.

Érdemes megjegyezni, hogy a dalszövegek pillanatnyilag magyar nyelven vannak, de mindenképpen a filmhez válogatott fotók animációja a videót a meccsek alatt átélt helyzetek és élmények humoros és dinamikus bemutatásává varázsolja.

Reméljük tetszeni fog és visszatérünk majd további anyagokkal, általában komolyakkal de nem mindig :-).

While this may well have been a second week of school holiday for most pupils, the water polo lads are gradually closing a truly hyper-intense week, putting in what can only be described as, to most of us, hard to imagine amount of hard work with up to three training sessions per day.

This week, as we mentioned in previous post, was a rather special one due to the visit of the reputable Triumf club from Bucharest, whom Aquasport's teams had the rare opportunity to train with.

The joint training sessions were held in the Olympic pool at the city's Weekend complex, whilst dry land training was done at the city's old stadium.

Every morning in the very early hours, swim training sessions were held, then dry land training during the day and in the evening the teams played matches against each other, all under the supervision of both clubs' coaches.

The guests stayed close to the pool, at the Weekend leisure complex, so we hope regardless of weather they had an enjoyable stay close to the city's river and easy access to the city itself.

We thank our guests for a hugely useful visit and all the organisers who made this collaboration possible. With the school starting within days, we also wish everyone a truly well-deserved rest.

Aceasta a fost pentru majoritatea elevilor a doua săptămână de vacanță, dar băieții poloiști încheie treptat o săptămână într-adevăr hiper-intensă petrecută cu un nivel de muncă care este greu de imaginat pentru cei mai mulți dintre noi, cu două până la trei antrenamente pe zi.

Această săptămână a fost una specială, cum am mai amintit în articolul trecut, datorită vizitei faimosului club Triumf București, cu care echipele Aquasport au avut rara oportunitate de a se antrena împreună.

Antrenamentele se țineau în bazinul olimpic de la complexul Weekend, iar antrenamentele pe uscat la vechiul stadion al orașului.

În fiecare dimineață devreme, se țineau antrenamente de înot, apoi antrenament pe uscat în timpul zilei, iar seara echipele celor două cluburi jucau meciuri între ele, toate sub îndrumarea antrenorilor de la ambele cluburi.

Oaspeții au stat aproape de piscină la complexul Weekend, deci sperăm că indiferent de vreme, au avut o ședere plăcută aproape de râu și acces ușor la oraș.

Mulțumim oaspeților noștri pentru vizita extrem de utilă și organizatorilor pentru că au făcut această colaborare posibilă. Școala începe în câteva zile, așa că dorim tuturor și odihnă extrem de bine meritată.

Ez a vakáció második hete volt legtöbb tanuló számára, de a pólós srácok egy igazán hiper-intenzív hetet zárnak fokozatosan, amelyet sokunk számára nehezen elképzelhető kemény munkával töltöttek el, napi két-három edzést tartva.

Ez a hét különleges volt a híres bukaresti Triumf klub látogatása miatt, mint említettük előző cikkünkben, és az Aquasport csapatainak ritka alkalma volt velük együtt edzeni.

Az edzéseket a víkendtelepi olimpiai medencében tartották, míg a száraz edzések a város régi stadionjánál zajlottak.

Minden kora reggel úszó edzéssel indult a nap, száraz edzés napközben és este edzőmérkőzéseket játszottak a klub csapatai mindkét klub edzőinek útmutatásával.

Vendégeink a medencéhez közel a Víkendtelepen laktak, így reméljük időjárástól függetlenül kellemesen töltötték ezt a hetet, közel a folyóparthoz és a városhoz való könnyű hozzáféréssel.

Köszönjük vendégeinknek ezt a rendkívül hasznos látogatást és a szervezőknek azt, hogy mindezt lehetővé tették. A suli indul is pár nap múlva, így kívánunk mindenkinek renkdívül megérdemelt pihenést is.

This week not only started as the second week of school holidays, but also as one that brought a special event for our club's coach & players.

The youth water polo team of the renowned Bucharest-based Triumf club has come to our home town for the week, to hold training sessions together in the Olympic pool at the Weekend Complex.

The Triumf club's water polo team, among other things, has won national championships in several junior age groups countless times. Most recently, in the Junior II age category has won the national championship last year, and this year the club has had again a brilliant start.The club was founded in 1958, its water polo department in the same year, so they have a long and noteworthy history.

So as one can easily imagine, being able to train with Triumf's players all this week is a splendid experience for Aquasport.

We wish our guests a very pleasant and useful stay in Targu Mures, and also thank everyone who made this possible.

Această săptămână a demarat nu numai ca a doua săptămână a vacanței școlare, dar și ca una care a adus un eveniment special pentru antrenorii și jucătorii clubului nostru.

Echipa de polo pe apă a renumitului clubul sportiv școlar Triumf București a venit în orașul nostru pentru a se antrena pe parcursul acestei săptămâni cu echipa noastră, în bazinul Olimpic de la Complexul Weekend.

Echipa de polo a clubului Triumf a câștigat campionatul național la diferite categorii de juniori de nenumărate ori, cel mai recent în categoria de vârstă Junior II anul trecut, și în acest an a avut un start superb. Clubul a fost fondat în 1958, secția de polo pe apă fiind fondată în același an, deci clubul are o lungă și remarcabilă istorie.

Deci putem imagina ușor, că posibilitatea de a se antrena cu jucătorii clubului Triumf este o experiență splendidă pentru Aquasport.

Dorim oaspeților noștri o ședere plăcută și folositoare la Târgu Mureș, și mulțumim tuturor celor care au făcut acest lucru posibil.

Ez a hét nem csak a suli vakáció második hete, hanem a klubunk edzői és játékosai számára egy különleges eseményt is hoz.

A híres bukaresti Triumf ifi sport klub vízilabdázói városunkba érkeztek, hogy ezen a héten együtt edzzenek csapatunkkal a Víkendtelep olimpiai medencéjében.

A Triumf vízilabda csapatai számtalanszor nyerték meg az országos bajnokságot különböző ifi korcsoportokban, legutóbb a tavaly a Junior II korcsoportban tették ezt és az idén is rendkívül jól indultak. A klub 1958-ban alakult meg, a vízilabda szakosztályuk pedig ugyanabban az évben, így hosszú és sok megvalósítással teli történetük van.

Így tehát könnyen elképzelhetjük, hogy a Triumf játékosaival való edzés lehetősége egy kitűnő tapasztalat az Aquasport számára.

Vendégeinknek kívánunk kellemes és hasznos marosvásárhelyi látogatást, és köszönet mindazoknak akik ezt megvalósították.

The Diapolo championship continued this weekend. Although school holidays began, the team was continuing their busy training schedule, and set off on Friday on their long routine voyage that took them once again across the border to Budapest, Hungary.

The setting was again the splendid Margaret Island on the Danube, but a key element that made this stage of the championship stand out was the identity of the opponent. The famous FTC, who are firmly leading the championship table, had so far 13 wins and one draw in this tournament, latter with UVSE-A positioned at second place.

Hence Saturday brought another great opportunity of playing with such a superb team, this having been the second encounter between Aquasport and FTC.

The battle was, as expected, tense, with equality in the third quarter, and in the end FTC won by 14-10.

Congratulations to everyone for a wonderful fight and a solid effort with a really balanced match against such a team, and as usual we wish the team a pleasant return home - but also, wishing a very Happy and Blessed Easter for all those celebrating it on this weekend!

Campionatul Diapolo a continuat în acest sfârșit de săptămână. Cu toate că a început vacanța în școli, echipa a continuat programul intens de antrenament și vineri au pornit la drum, călătoria lungă de rutină ducându-i iar la Budapesta.

Decorul a fost iar splendida insulă Margareta de pe Dunăre, dar elementul cheie care a făcut această etapă a campionatului una specială a fost identitatea echipei adverse. Faimosul FTC, care conduce ferm în tabela campionatului, a câștigat 13 meciuri și a încheiat unul la egalitate, acesta din urmă fiind cu UVSE-A poziționat pe locul doi.

Deci ziua de sâmbătă a adus încă o oportunitate specială de a putea juca cu așa o echipă superbă, această întâlnire fiind a doua între Aquasport și FTC.

Bătălia a fost foarte tensionată și de data aceasta, în sfertul al treilea Aquasport fiind la egalitate, și în final FTC a câștigat cu 14-10.

Felicitări la toți pentru o luptă frumoasă și un efort solid într-un meci așa de echilibrat contra unei astfel de echipe, și ca de obicei dorim echipei a reîntoarcere plăcută acasă - totodată, pentru toți cei care sărbătoresc Paștele în acest weekend, dorim Paște Fericit și binecuvântat!

A Diapolo bajnokság folytatódott ezen a hétvégén. Noha a sulikban elkezdődött a vakáció, a csapat folytatta intenzív edzőprogramját és pénteken útra indult, a hosszú de már rutinnak számító utazás ismét Budapestre vitte őket.

A színhely ismét a festői Margitsziget volt, de az ellenfél személye volt az a kulcs elem, ami a bajnokság ezen fordulóját különlegessé tette csapatunk számára. A híres FTC, amely a bajnokság táblázatában szolidan vezet, 13 meccset nyert meg és egy döntetlent csinált, azt is a második helyen álló UVSE-A csapatával.

Így e szombati nap még egy ritka alkalmat hozott egy ilyen kaliberű csapattal való játékra, ez második találkozója volt az Aquasport-nak az FTC-vel.

A csata rendkívül feszült volt, hiszen a harmadik negyedben még egyenlőség volt, majd végül az FTC nyert 14-10-re.

Gratulálunk mindenkinek egy szép harcért és szolid erőfeszítésért amely egy ennyire kiegyensúlyozott meccset produkált egy ilyen csapat ellen , és szokás szerint kívánunk a csapatnak kellemes hazatérést - ugyanakkor mindenkinek, aki ezen a hétvégén ünnepli a Húsvétot, kívánunk Boldog Húsvétot és áldott ünnepeket!

This is just another one of those little housekeeping notes about a few updates we made recently. Photo and video albums have been expanded as follows:

• Courtesy of parents, new videos about the Masterplast Tournament have been added to the YouTube channel and the playlist can be accessed via the video page of the blog or directly via this link. 
• Thanks to Gabor "Poco" Nagy, another set of vintage photos concerning the history of water polo in our home town has been added to the history album, with our continued gratitude for his sustained support of our little project. 
• Photo album about the 31-Mar-2012 Diapolo championship match against KSI SE has also been added to the Photos pages of the blog.

Holidays have begun in schools (but not in the pool :-) ), so while hoping that you enjoy the new content, we wish the lads a very pleasant holiday, too. 

Aceasta este încă una din micile noastre note despre câteva actualizări recente. Albumele de poze şi clipuri au fost expandate astfel:

• Mulţumită părinţilor, noi videoclipuri despre turneul Masterplast au fost adăugite la canalul nostru YoutTube, lista se poate accesa prin pagina noastră video sau direct prin acest link.
• Mulţumită lui Gabor "Poco" Nagy, încă un set de poze arhivă legate de istoria polo-ului din oraşul nostru natal a fost adăugit la albumul respectiv, şi suntem recunoscători pentru suportul susţinut al Dânsului la proiectul nostru. 
• Album de poze despre meciul Diapolo din 31 martie 2012, jucat împotriva KSI SE, a fost adăugit la pagina noastră de foto. 

Vacanţa în şcoli (dar nu în bazin :-)  ) a început, aşa că în timp ce sperăm că vă place noul conţinut, dorim şi vacanţă foarte plăcută pentru băieţi.

Ez ismét csak kis 'háztartással' kapcsolatos bejegyzés egy pár friss tartalmi adalékról. A fotók és videók a következőkkel bővültek:

• Szülőknek köszönhetően a Masterplast turnéról készült videóklipekkel bővült a YouTube csatornánk, a listát a videó oldalunkon át vagy ezen direkt linken át lehet megtekinteni. 
• Nagy "Pocó" Gábornak köszönhetően még egy adag fotóval bővült a szülővárosunk vízilabdájának történetével kapcsolatos album, és ismét kifejezzük hálánkat a kis projektünk folytonos támogatásáért. 
• A március 31-ikén KSI SE ellen játszott Diapolo meccs fotóit is hozzátettük a blog fotó oldalához. 

A sulikban (de nem a medencében :-)  ) már megkezdődött a vakáció, így miközben reméljük tetszik az új tartalom, kívánunk nagyon kellemes vakációt is a srácoknak.

Today was the final day of the Masterplast tournament and Aquasport had one match in the morning.

After the group and inter-group matches, the competition tables brought this time Kosice's team as opponents. The match was another high-adrenalin affair of course, in the end the Slovakian team won with 10-6.

This closes the championship for our players, who grabbed 6th place at the tournament  and are returning home after almost one week of being away from home, with lots of travel and many matches in several championships.

Once again, even supporters like the one hiding behind these lines had to observe with respect the lads' beautiful sustained and focused efforts, consistently concentrating on their play no matter what obstacles or emotional roller coaster rides the events subjected them to.

Congratulations again for the performance, it was a beautiful battle - and after their many travels that took them away from home last Friday, we wish them a very happy return home and a much deserved and pleasant rest.

Azi a fost ultima zi a turneului Masterplast și Aquasport a avut un meci de dimineață.

După meciurile din grupe și inter-grupe, tabela campionatului le-a adus ca adversari pe echipa din Kosice, Slovacia. Meciul a fost iar una cu doză mare de adrenalină, și echipa slovacă a câștigat cu scorul de 10-6.

Cu aceasta, competiția a luat sfârșit pentru jucătorii noștri care sunt pe locul șase, și se întorc acasă după aproape o săptămână petrecută departe de casă, cu multe călătorii și meciuri la mai multe campionate.

Și de data aceasta, chiar și un suporter ca cel care se ascunde în spatele acestor rânduri putea să observe cu respect frumoasele eforturi susținute și concentrate ale băieților, care s-au concentrat pe jocul lor indiferent de ce obstacole și călătorii emoționale i-au adus evenimentele.

Felicitări încă o dată pentru performanțe, a fost o luptă foarte frumoasă - și după multele călătorii care i-a dus departe de casă vinerea trecută, le urăm reîntoarcere bucuroasă și a odihnă bine meritată și plăcută.

A csoportbeli és csoportok közötti mérkőzések után a verseny táblázata ezúttal a kassai csapatot hozta ellenfélként. A meccs ismét adrenalinnal telített volt, és a szlovák csapat győzött 10-6-ra végül.

Ezzel játékosaink számára zárult a bajnokság, a hatodik helyet szerezve meg, és közel egy hetes távollét, sok utazás és több bajnokságban játszott meccsek után hazatérnek.

Ismét még egy szurkoló is, mint amilyen jelen sorok mögött rejtőzik, tisztelettel követhette a srácok szépen fenntartott és koncentrált erőfeszítéseit, ahogyan a játékukra összpontosítottak attól függetlenül, hogy milyen akadályokat vagy érzelmi hullámvasutat produkáltak számukra az események.

Még egyszer gratulálunk a teljesítményekért, nagyon szép harc volt fiúk - és a sok utazás után, amelyek múlt pénteken vitték el őket otthonról, kívánunk nekik boldog hazatérést és nagyon megérdemelt kellemes pihenést.

Second day at the Masterplast tournament ● A doua zi la turneul Masterplast ● Második nap a Masterplast turnén

The international Masterplast tournament continued today, bringing yet another high calibre team in our match calendar.

This morning the opponent was the North Rhine-Westphalia's junior team, a region whose youth team last year at the first edition of this tournament achieved superb results - so after all of yesterday's heavy action, the day started again with a splendid match.

It is was again an affair really not recommended for any heart problems :), as the first quarter ended 0-0 after ultra-tense action as one can imagine, then Aquasport took the lead in second quarter by 2-0.

The final score was 6-4 for Aquasport, so very hefty and well-deserved congratulations to everyone in the team!

Thankfully no tectonic shifts in the timetable this time :), so in the afternoon the competition brought yet another match for our team. This was played against the other team from North Rhine-Westphalia, and Aquasport won with 12-4, closing the match with a spectacular goal scored from half pool length away...

Thus, after huge emotions today, again congratulations to everybody at the end of a rather beautiful day and we wish the team a good rest before tomorrow's match!

Turneul internațional Masterplast a continuat astăzi, aducând încă o echipă de mare calibru în calendarul nostru de meciuri.

Adversarul din această dimineață a fost echipa de juniori din Renania de Nord-Westfalia, un land al cărei echipă de juniori anul trecut la prima ediție a turneului acesta a avut rezultate superbe - deci după ziua de ieri saturată cu acțiune, această zi a început iar cu un meci splendid.

A fost iarăși o partidă nerecomandată pentru boli de inimă :), pentru că primul sfert ultra-tensionat s-a terminat cu scorul de 0-0, după care în sfertul următor Aquasport a luat conducerea cu 2-0.

Scorul final a fost 6-4 pentru Aquasport, așa că se cuvin enorme felicitări foarte meritate la toți din echipă!

Din fericire, nu au avut loc mișcări tectonice :) în orar de data aceasta, așa că după-masă a urmat al doilea meci pentru echipa noastră. A fost cealaltă echipă din Renania de Nord-Westfalia, şi de data aceasta Aquasport a învins cu scorul de 12-4 cu un ultim gol spectaculos de la jumătatea bazinului...

Aşadar, după enorme emoţii, felicitări încă o dată echipei la capătul unei zile chiar frumoase şi odihnă plăcută la toţi pentru mâine!

A nemzetközi Masterplast turné ma folytatódott, ismét nagy kaliberű csapatot hozva a meccseink naptárában.

A ma reggeli ellenfél az Észak-Rajna Vesztfália ifi csapata volt, ezen régió ifi csapat a tavaly e Masterplast turné első kiadását nagyon szép eredményekkel zárta - így a tegnapi kemény mérkőzések után ez a nap is egy szuper meccsel indult.

Ismét egy olyan mérkőzés volt, amit nem lehetett szívbajosoknak ajánlani :), mivel az rendkívül feszült első negyed 0-0 eredménnyel zárult, majd Aquasport vezetett 2-0-ra a következő negyedben.

A végeredmény 6-4 lett az Aquasport javára, így masszív és nagyon megérdemelt gratulációk mindenkinek a csapatban!

Szerencsére ezúttal nem voltak tektonikus elmozdulások az órarendben :), így a délután következett a második meccs. Ez az Észak-Rajna Vesztfália másik csapata ellen volt, és Aquasport győzött 12-4-ra, a meccs záróakkordjaként az utolsó gólt félpályáról lőve be...

Tehát ismét gratulációk a csapatnak egy igazán szép nap végén, és kívánunk mindenkinek jó pihenést a holnapi meccs előtt!

 The second edition of the Masterplast international tournament began today in Oradea, Romania. In two groups, a total of 8 teams take part from Germany, Hungary, Romania and Slovakia. The competition runs for a total of three days.

It is of course a fantastic experience for Aquasport, too and they began the championship with a quite eventful first day.

There were some changes to the morning timetable, which meant our team saw their morning match postponed and played two matches in the afternoon and evening.

The first match was against UVSE from Hungary, one of the main talent supplying teams for the national water polo team, and the ultra-tight match was marked by Aquasport leading all the way through, then unfortunately in the last couple of minutes UVSE turned the situation upside down, only just... and won 9-8 in the end. A truly superb effort from Aquasport's lads, with such a dramatic finale.

The second match was played against Oradea's team, a game that was expected to be extra-tough again and it lived up to these expectations. Aquasport led in a solid manner, but then the situation turned in many ways on Oradea's home ground, with a strong deja-vu on the advantages of the home ground starting to alter the natural course of the game in a too familiar fashion, although both teams played well. Oradea won 6-4 in the end.

So after a very intense second half of their day, we wish everyone in the team a good rest after a huge double effort and all the best for the rest of the tournament, another day with two matches is coming up!

A doua ediție a turneului internațional Masterplast a început azi la Oradea. În două grupe, în total opt echipe iau parte, competiția având participanți din Germania, România, Slovacia și Ungaria.

Desigur aceasta este o experiență fantastică și pentru Aquasport, care a început turneul cu o zi cam plină de evenimente.

Au fost modificări de orar, așa că echipa noastră a văzut o amânare a meciului de dimineață, și au jucat două meciuri după-masa și seara.

Prima partidă a fost cu UVSE din Ungaria, unul dintre cluburile principale care furnizează talent pentru echipa naţională, şi meciul ultra-tensionat a fost marcat de faptul că Aquasport conducea continuu, dar în ultimele două minute UVSE a întors situaţia şi a reuşit să învingă cu 9-8. Un efort chiar superb al băieţilor Aquasport, cu un final aşa de dramatic.

Al doilea meci a fost jucat împotriva echipei de la Oradea, o partidă care se promitea a fi unul tot foarte dificil, şi a confirmat aşteptările pe acest plan. Aquasport conducea solid, după care s-a întors situaţia cu avantajele  terenul de 'acasă' care în mod prea familiar a afectat cursul natural al jocului, cu toate că amândouă echipe au jucat bine. Oradea a învins cu 6-4.

Deci după o intensă doua jumătate a zilei, dorim tuturor din echipă odihnă plăcută după un efort dublu imens şi toate cele bune pentru restul turneului, urmează a doua zi cu două meciuri!

A nemzetközi Masterplast turné második kiadása ma kezdődött Nagyváradon. Két csoportban összesen nyolc csapat részt, a versenynek magyar, német, román és szlovák résztvevői vannak.

Természetesen ez az Aquasport számára is fantasztikus tapasztalat, csapatunk a turnét amúgy egészen eseménydús nappal kezdte.

Mivel órarend változás történt, a reggeli meccsük elhalasztódott, és két mérkőzésük volt délután majd este.

Az első találkozó az UVSE csapatával volt, amely az egyik fő utánpotló csapata a válogatottnak, és a meccset az emelte ki, hogy Aquasport végig vezetett, de sajnos utolsó percekben az UVSE sikerült megfordítsa a helyzetet és szorosan 9-8-ra győztek végül. Igazán kitűnő erőfeszítés az Aquasport srácaitól és egy drámai fináléval.

A második meccs Nagyvárad csapata ellen volt, amely szintén rendkívül nehéznek ígérkezett és be is váltotta   az ezen jellegű várakozásokat. Aquasport vezetett szolid módon, de ezzel a helyzetet elkezdték megfordítani már nagyon közelről ismert módon az ellenfél hazai pályájának előnyei amelyek, noha mindkét csapat jól játszott, a játék természetes menetét befolyásolták.Várad győzött 6-4-re végül.

Így tehát enyhén szólva intenzív volt a nap második fele, és kívánunk mindenkinek jó pihenést egy kemény dupla erőfeszítés után és a legjobbakat a verseny hátralevő részére, ismét dupla meccses nap következik!
