As we are approaching Wednesday, when the lads will play a friendly match with the town’s oldboys team, and 28 September is coming, when there is the DUDAS competition for swimmers (organized by Győző Láposi), this is is a very suitable moment for introducing a new member of our club.

Thus we are glad to warmly welcome, via this blog, too, Győző Láposi as coach - a veteran water polo player, who was and remains one of the key figures on our swimming and water polo scene. His name is there alongside other local legends of past decades in the water polo history of our town.

With his expertise in both swimming and water polo, he is an extremely valuable presence in our team. Already, characteristic of his passion for the sport and for the young teams, Mr. Laposi has gotten intensively involved not only with coaching, but also with organising of events and club matters.

We wish him a lot of success in his role and, above all, a lot of happiness to him and his similarly passionate water polo pupils!

Apropiindu-ne de miercuri, când băieţii joacă cu echipa „old boys” un meci amical, şi de 28 septembrie, când va avea loc concursul de înot DUDAS (organizat de Győző Láposi), este un moment foarte potrivit pentru prezentarea noului membru al clubului nostru.

Aşadar cu multă bucurie urăm un bun venit călduros, şi prin acest blog, antrenorului Győző Láposi – un poloist veteran, care a fost şi rămâne unul din personajele cheie de pe scena noastră de înot şi polo pe apă. 

Numele dânsului se poate găsi alături de cele ale altor legende locale din deceniile mai recente ale istoriei polo-ului pe apă mureşean.

Prin expertiza sa în polo şi înot, dânsul este o prezenţă extrem de valoroasă în echipa noastră. Deja, într-un mod caracteristic pasiunii D-lui Láposi  pentru polo şi pentru echipele tinere, dânsul s-a implicat intensiv nu numai în antrenamente, dar şi în organizarea evenimentelor şi a clubului.

Îi urăm mult succes în noul rol, şi mai ales multe bucurii dânsului şi elevilor similar de pasionaţi de polo!

A szerdai nap közeledtével, amikor a srácok a város old boys csapatával játszanak majd barátságos meccset, és mivel e hónap 28-ikán a Láposi Győző által szervezett DUDÁS úszóversenyre kerül sor, megragadjuk az alkalmat, hogy bemutassuk klubunk új tagját.

Így tehát melegen és örömmel üdvözöljük e blogon keresztül is Láposi Győzőt, új edzőnket – egy veterán vízilabdást, aki a hazai úszás és vízilabda egyik kulcsfigurája, nevét megtaláljuk több más polós legendával együtt városunk vízilabda történetének elmúlt évtizedeiben.

Úszás és vízilabda területén ervényesülő szakértelmével Láposi úr egy rendkívül értékes bővülése a csapatunknak. Máris, a poló és a fiatal csapatok iránti szenvedélyére jellemző módon, aktívan bevetette magát nem csak az edzésekbe, hanem rendezvények és a klub ügyeinek szervezésébe is.

Sok sikert kívánunk neki szerepkörében, és mindenekfelett sok örömet neki és hasonlóan szenvedélyes vízilabda tanítványainak is!

The autumn brought not only school and many training sessions - while the weather emptied the outdoors pools, the covered Olympic pool in the Weekend Complex is a very busy place with quite a few competitions coming.

Between 20-22 September, the Women's Romania Cup takes place, then a premiere on 22 Sep.: at 19:00 the Romanian national team plays a match against Slovakia, with many local girls in the home team!

On 28 September, organized by Gyozo Laposi, starting at 16:00, the pool will be again animated by the Dudas competition, where children born between 2004-2009 will take part.

 Toamna a adus nu numai școala și multe antrenamente - dar în timp ce bazinele în aer liber au fost golite de vreme, bazinul olimpic acoperit de la complexul Weekend este foarte activ, cu multe competiții care urmează curând.

Între 20-22 septembrie, Cupa României la polo feminin are loc aici, apoi o premieră pe 22: la ora 19:00 echipa națională a României, cu multe fete mureșene în componența ei, va juca un meci cu echipa Slovaciei!

Pe 28 septembrie, la ora 16:00 bazinul va fi iarăși animat de concursul Dudas organizat de Győző Láposi unde vor participa copii născuți între 2004-2009.

Urăm mult succes tuturor și un sezon nou fericit în bazin!

Az ősz nem csak sulit és sok edzést hozott - miközben a szabadtéri medencéket kiürítette az időjárás, a Víkendtelep fedett olimpiai medencéje nagyon aktív maradt, több közelgő versennyel is.

Szeptember 20 és 22 között a női vízilabda Románia Kupára kerül sor itt, majd 22-ikén este hétkor egy premier következik: a román női válogatott, benne sok helyi lánnyal, a szlovák csapat ellen fog játszani!

Szeptember 28-ikán pedig délután Láposi Győző szervezésében indul versenyen négy órától a medence ismét pezsegni fog, ezúttal a Dudás úszóversenyen vesznek részt 2004 és 2009 között született gyerekek.

Sok sikert mindenkinek és boldog új szezont a medencében!

Not only autumn is signaling its arrival, with a sudden break in the very hot weather that persisted for so long, but the water polo season is also beginning.

The pool was closed during August, but summer tournaments, other sports like triathlon and dry land training kept the lads busy in-between the periods of intensely making the most of sunny holiday weather :)

The pool officially re-opened, so training resumed and not much chance of calories accumulated during holiday remaining unitilised :)

September already brings major competitions in the pool, the women's Romania Cup will take place between 20th and 22nd of the month.

Happy return to the intense polo sessions :P, girls and lads! Lots of success, but above all, lot of happiness with water polo!

Nu numai toamna își semnalează sosirea, printr-o schimbare bruscă după o lungă perioadă de vreme fierbinte, dar începe și sezonul nou de polo pe apă.

Bazinul a fost închis în timpul lunii august, dar turnee de vară, participarea la alte sporturi ca triatlon de exemplu, și antrenamente pe uscat au ținut pe băieți ocupați între perioade intense de folosire a vremii însorite :)

Acum bazinul s-a redeschis oficial, deci antrenamentele au reînceput și nu prea sunt șanse că acele calorii acumulate în timpul vacanței rămân neutilizate :)

Septembrie deja aduce mari competiții, Cupa României la polo feminin va avea loc aici între 20 și 22.

Reîntoarcere plăcută la antrenamentele intense :P, fete și băieți! Mult succes dar cel mai important: sa aveti parte de multă bucurie cu polo pe apă!

Nem csak az ősz jelezte megérkezését a hosszú forró időszak után hozott határozott időváltozással, hanem az új vízilabda szezon is indul.

A medence augusztusban zárva volt, de nyári turnék, más sportok (mint a triatlon) és szárazedzések tartották mozgásban a srácokat a szuper nyári idő intenzív kihasználása mellett :)

Most a medence hivatalosan megnyílt, így ismét folynak az edzések és nincs sok esély arra, hogy a vakációban felhalmozott kalóriák felhasználatlanul maradnak :)

Szeptember már nagy versenyeket hoz a medencébe, a női Románia Kupa itt játszódik majd 20-ika és 22-ike között.

Kellemes visszatérést az intenzív edzésekhez :P, lányok és srácok! Sok sikert, de legfőképpen sok örömöt a vízilabdázásban!
