As mentioned in previous blog post, the club's older team set off on Friday on yet another trip to Budapest, for the Diapolo championship's next stage, this time having two matches.

So again our players had the enviable opportunity to play with highest calibre teams that supply talent to the Hungarian national water polo team.

The first match took place at 2PM with the team UVSE-A, which at that point occupied 2nd place in the Diapolo table with only one defeat and one draw in the 10 matches played so far.

It was again one of those matches that are really not recommended for weak hearts, Aquasport leading 6-5 at the end of the 2nd quarter, then ending after an ultra-tight battle with the score of 13-7 for UVSE-A. Hence one writes with quite an amount of recognition towards the lads for having achieved such a balanced match against such a team.

The Aquasport lads' second match followed after a brief rest already at 4PM, with another renowned team, Honved Budapest. The match can only be described as brutal, and it was interrupted, noting a score of 5-0 for Honved.

Huge appreciation to the lads for a fierce and very respectable effort in standing their ground, even in exceptional circumstances during the second match, and we wholeheartedly wish the team an easy journey home and lots of well-deserved rest on Sunday.

După cum am amintit în articolul trecut de pe blog, echipa mai în vârstă a pornit vineri la încă un drum spre Budapesta, pentru etapa următoare a campionatului Diapolo care de data aceasta a adus două meciuri pentru ei.

Deci jucătorii noștri au avut iar oportunitatea demnă de invidiat de a juca cu echipe de cel mai înalt calibru, care furnizează talente echipei naționale ungare.

Primul meci a avut loc la două după-masa cu echipa UVSE-A, care ocupa în momentul respectiv al doilea loc in clasamentul campionatului, cu numai o înfrângere şi o egalitate din cele 10 meciuri jucate până acum.

A fost iar un meci din categoria celor care nu sunt recomandate pentru inimi slabe, Aquasport conducând cu 6-5 la capătul sfertului doi, şi a luat sfârşit după o bătălie ultra-strânsă cu scorul de 13-7 pentru UVSE-A. Deci  scriem cu o doză de recunoştinţă la adresa băieţilor pentru un meci aşa de echilibrat împotriva unei echipe ca aceasta.

Al doilea meci a urmat după o mică pauză deja ora la patru după-masa, cu o altă echipă renumită, Honved Budapesta. Meciul se poate descrie ca unul brutal, a fost întrerupt şi scorul se consemnează ca 5-0 pentru Honved.

Multă apreciere băieţilor pentru un efort excepţional, demn de respect mai ales în neobişnuitele circumstanţe din al doilea meci - şi dorim echipei o călătorie uşoară spre casă, multă odihnă meritată duminică.

Mint előbbi blog jegyzetben említettük, a klub idősebb csapata ismét Budapest fele indult pénteken a Diapolo bajnokság következő fordulójára, amely ezúttal két meccset hozott számukra.

Ismét tehát csapatunknak azon irigylésre méltó lehetőség adatott meg, hogy olyan magas kaliberű csapatokkal játszhattak, amelyek a magyar válogatott utánpotlói is.

Az első meccs az UVSE A csapatával délután kettőkor kezdődött, ők a bajnokság táblázatában második helyen álltak, eddig egyetlen vereséggel és egy döntetlennel az eddig játszott 10 meccsük után.

Ismét egy olyan típusú meccs volt, amelyet gyenge szívűeknek nem lehet ajánlani, 6-5 arányban vezetett is az Aquasport a második negyed végén, és egy rendkívül szoros küzdelem után 13-7-es eredménnyel zárult az UVSE-A javára - és egy ilyen csapat elleni ennyire kiegyensúlyozott meccs miatt a srácok iránti jó adag elismeréssel írjuk ezt.

Aquasport második meccse rövid pihenő után már délután négykor kezdődött ismét egy híres csapattal, a Honvéd Budapest-tel. A meccset brutálisnak lehet nevezni, félbeszakadt és 5-0 eredményt jegyeznek így a Honvéd javára.

Tisztelet a srácoknak a nagyon kemény helytállásért és hatalmas erőfeszítésért a második meccs rendkívüli körülményei közepette is, és kívánunk a csapatnak könnyű utat hazafele, sok megérdemelt pihenést vasárnapra.
