It is maybe hard to describe the importance of an event that took place yesterday in Targu Mures - namely, the large-scale project of covering the olympic size swimming pool has actually began at the Weekend Complex.
This will create, for the first time in this city, a 50 meter indoors pool where all the vital training can happen unhindered by administrative and/or logistical issues.
There is firm commitment from the Mayor's office for allowing all the necessary sports activities to take place at this venue, and also the general public will be able to use the pool at certain times. Considering the extreme difficulties in the past for gaining the needed access to some, much smaller, pools, this is truly great news for Aquasport and all other water sports practitioners or fans.

The first phase of the construction work is well under way, so the structure that will hold the tent is being established, there will also be hot air supplies for the tent and changing rooms. The versatility of the design allows therefore the use of the pool in both summer and off-season for training sessions.
It is safe to say, it isn't just a pool... It represents a genuine landmark moment in the great revival of water sports, and in our case, specifically water polo, in this city.
Descrierea importanței unui eveniment care a avut loc ieri în Târgu Mureș este probabil cam dificilă - lucrările de mare anvergură pentru acoperirea piscinei olimpice au început la Complexul Weekend.
Acest proiect va crea, pentru prima dată în acest oraș, o piscină acoperită de 50 metri unde toate antrenamentele necesare se pot desfășura fără dificultăți administrative și/sau logistice.
Primăria orașului este categorică în permiterea tuturor activităților sportive necesare, totodată se va permite și accesul publicului conform unui orar anume. Considerând dificultățile din trecut în accesarea unor piscine mai mici, uneori chiar mult mai mici, aceasta este o știre într-adevăr deosebită pentru Aquasport și pentru toți practicanții și fanii sporturilor pe apă.

Pirma etapă a lucrărilor se desfășoară acum, deci structura care va suporta cortul este construită mai întâi, se vor instala și echipamente pentru furnizarea de aer cald și vestiare.
Putem să spunem clar, nu este vorba de numai o piscină... ci reprezintă un moment cheie în marea renaștere a sporturilor pe apă în acest oraș, și în cazul nostru, a polo-ului pe apă.
Az egyik tegnapi marosvásárhelyi esemény fontosságát nehéz igazán leírni - megkezdődtek az olimpiai méretű medence befedésének munkálatai a víkendtelepen.
Ez a terv megteremti a város első 50 méteres fedett medencéjét amelyben minden szükséges edzés helyet kap, minden adminisztratív és/vagy logisztikai bonyodalmak nélkül.
A város polgármesteri hivatala határozottan lehetővé teszi ezzel minden sport tevékenység lebonyolítását, ugyanakkor bizonyos órák között használható lesz a közönség által is. Tekintve a kisebb, néha sokkal kisebb, medencékhez való hozzáférés múltbeli nehézségeit, ez valóban rendkívüli hír az Aquasport és minden vízisportot űző vagy kedvelő egyén számára.

A munkálatok első szakasza zajlik most, tehát a medencét befedő sátor tartószerkezete készül el, lesz még meleg levegőt szolgáltató berendezés és öltöző is.
Kimondhatjuk tehát, hogy nem csak egy medencéről van szó... hanem a helyi vízisportok, és esetünkben a vízipóló, nagy marosvásárhelyi reneszánszának fontos mérföldkövéről is.
