After a long winter we seemingly skipped spring and with temperatures of around 30 degrees last week, we jumped straight to summer.

Well, regardless of the games the weather plays, the Weekend Complex is opening for the summer season. The Olympic Pool it seems will keep, as it did last year, its pressurised tent, so training sessions will happen in stable conditions.

Let's hope sunshine stays :) and we wish everyone a superb season around the pools!

După o iarnă lungă, se pare că am sărit peste primăvară, și cu temperaturi care atingeau 30 de grade săptămâna trecută, am sărit direct la vară.

Indiferent de jocurile vremii, Complexul Weekend se deschide pentru sezonul estival. Bazinul Olimpic se pare că va păstra, cum a fost și anul trecut, balonul presurizat, așa că antrenamentele se vor putea ține în condiții stabile.

Să sperăm că soarele rămâne :), și dorim tuturor un sezon superb în jurul bazinelor!

Egy hosszú tél után úgy tűnik átugrottuk a tavaszt, és a múlt heti 30 fok körüli hőmérsékletekkel egyenesen nyárba léptünk át.

Hát függetlenül az időjárás játékaitól, a Víkendtelep megnyílik a nyári szezonra. Az olimpiai medence felett úgy tűnik ismét meg fog maradni a sátor, így stabil környezetben lehet edzeni majd.

Reméljük marad a napsütés :), és kívánunk mindenkinek szuper nyári szezont a medencék körül!

The last day at Oradea had one match left in the calendar for us, and it was between two teams from Tirgu Mures, Torpi and ours.

Final score was 10-6 for Aquasport, a match with exciting twists, so congratulations! -  after lunch the lads return home, so have a safe and pleasant journey, and for the rest of the weekend, a very good rest after three days of water polo!

Azi la Oradea ultima zi din turneu a avut un meci în calendar pentru noi, două echipe mureșene s-au întâlnit, Torpi și Aqua.

Scorul final a fost 10-6  pentru Aquasport, un meci cu multe întorsături așa că felicitări! - după masă băieții se întorc acasă, așa că dorim o călătorie plăcută și pentru restul weekendului, odihnă bună după trei zile de polo!

Ma Nagyváradon a turné utolsó napján egy meccsünk maradt, két marosvásárhelyi csapat találkozott, a Torpi és Aqua.

A végeredmény 10-6 lett Aquasport javára egy fordulatos meccs után, gratulálunk! - ebéd után a srácok térnek haza, így jó utat hazafele és három nap polózás után alapos pihenést a hétvége hátralevő részére!

Second day at Oradea ● A doua zi la Oradea ● Második nap Nagyváradon

Today at Oradea the second day of the Junior III national championship first qualifier round was under way. Match programme can be seen here.

The lads had their first match of the day against CSM Brasov, so the morning again was a very eventful one... The final score was 7-6  for Brasov after a tight match, Brasov led 6-2 at one point but the lads caught up nicely.

The second match in the afternoon was with Crisul Oradea, so a tough cookie indeed - the end result was 29-1 for Oradea.

Now time for rest and lots of calories, so good night everybody and all the best for tomorrow's last match!

Azi la Oradea avem a doua zi din prima rundă de calificare la campionatul național Juniori III. Programul meciurilor se poate vedea aici.

Băieții au avut primul meci cu CSM Brașov, așa că dimineața a fost iar una foarte animată. Rezultatul final a fost 7-6 pentru Brasov. Conduceau cu 6-2 dar băieţii au reuşit să egaleze frumos, dar până la urmă Braşov a   învins cu un gol.

Al doilea meci a fost cu Crișul Oradea, așa că o nucă tare de tot... scorul final fiind 29-1 pentru Oradea. 

Acum e timpul pentru odihnă și multe calorii, noapte bună tuturor și succes cu ultimul meci de mâine!

A srácok első meccse reggel a CSM Brassóval volt, ígz ismét mozgalmasan indult a napjuk. A végeredmény 7-6 lett Brassó lett javára szoros meccs után. 6-2-re is vezetett Brassó de a srácok jól behozták, csak végül Brassónak sikerült egy góllal győzni.

A második meccs a Crisul Nagyváraddal volt, úgyhogy egészen kemény dió, a végeredmény 29-1 lett a váradiaknak 

Most ideje pihenni és sok kalóriát bedobni, úgyhogy jó éjt mindenkinek és sok sikert a holnapi utolsó meccshez!

Today at Oradea began the first qualifier round for the Junior III national championship, North Zone. Match programme can be seen here.

The lads had their first match at 10AM, and it was to be a tough start of the tournament as the opponent was AMEFA Arad. After a predictably intens game, the final score was 18-7 for Arad.

The second match with Viitorul Cluj, after a change in timetable, followed at 3PM. So another heart-racing game, which finished with the score of 11-4 for the team from Cluj.

An action-packed day for the lads and tomorrow another two matches follow, so we wish everyone a very good rest, enjoy Oradea and all the best for tomorrow!

Azi la Oradea a început prima rundă de calificare la campionatul național Juniori III, zona Nord. Programul meciurilor se poate vedea aici.

Băieții au avut primul meci la 10 dimineața, şi se putea aştepta la un start greu de turneu, pentru că adversarul a fost AMEFA Arad. După un meci previzibil de intens, scorul final a fost 18-7 pentru Arad.

Al doilea meci a fost cu Viitorul Cluj, dup o schimbare de orar, la 3 după-masa. Deci încă o întâlnire a ridicat pulsul, şi scorul final a fost 11-4 pentru echipa clujeană.

O zi plină de acţiune pentru băieţi şi mâine urmează tot două meciuri, aşa că dorim tuturor odihnă bună, distracţie plăcută la Oradea şi toate cele bune pentru mâine!

A srácok első meccse reggel tízkor volt, és kemény turné kezdetre lehetett számítani, mivel az ellenfél az AMEFA Arad volt. Egy előreláthatóan intenzív meccs után a végeredmény 18-7 volt az aradiak javára.

A második meccs a kolozsvári Viitorul csapatával volt, egy órarend változást követően délután háromtól. Ismét egy pulzust felsrófoló játék, ami 11-4 eredménnyel zárult a kolozsváriak javára.

Akciódús napjuk volt a srácoknak, és holnap ismét két meccs következik – így kívánunk mindenkinek jó pihenést, kellemes szórakozást Nagyváradon és minden jót holnapra!

In the aftermath of the Boston Marathon tragedy, we would like to express our deepest sympathies to everyone affected by this unspeakable act, our thoughts are with you. 

Sport was always one of the most beautiful expressions of what amazing things humans are capable of – we sincerely hope that this side of humanity can prevail in the end...

După tragedia de la maratonul din Boston, am dori să exprimăm cele mai adânci sentimente de simpatie tuturor celor afectaţi de acest act de nedescris, gândurile noastre sunt cu voi.

Sportul a fost totdeauna unul din cele mai frumoase expresii a capacităţilor umane uimitoare – sperăm că această latură a umanităşii va învinge până la urmă...

A Boston-i maraton tragédiája után legmélyebb együttérzésünket szeretnénk kifejezni mindenkinek akit érintett e kimondhatatlan tett, gondolatainkban velük vagyunk.

A sport mindig egyik legszebb kifejezése volt azon csodás dolgoknak amire az ember képes – reméljük ezen oldalunk győz végül...

The Junior III national championship's first qualification tournament is taking place between 18-20 April at Oradea. The swimming norms will be done on Monday in our hometown, then after a technical meeting Thursday morning, the championship starts at Oradea.

La Oradea, între 18 și 20 aprilie va avea loc prima rundă de calificare pentru campionatul național Junior III, Zona Nord. Normele se vor înota în orașul nostru luni, apoi joi după o ședință tehnică începe campionatul la Oradea.

Orarul este mai sus, dorim tuturor mult succes și multe meciuri superbe!

Április 18 és 20 között Nagyváradon kerül sor az Ifi III-as országos bajnokság első selejtező turnéjára. A normákat hétfőn városunkban ússzák, majd csütörtökön indul a bajnokság Váradon. 

Az órarend fennebb látható, mindenkinek sok sikert kívánunk és sok szuper meccset!

Cinci noi albumuri Picasa făcute la recentul retur de calificare la campionatul național Juniori II au fost încărcate aici, împreună cu momente de la antrenamentul ținut cu juniorii din Koln, Germania.

A nemrégi országos bajnoksági selejtezőn fotózott anyagból öt Picasa albumot feltöltöttünk, a kölni ifi csapattal tartott edzésen készült fotókkal együtt.

Ezek most a fotó (Photos) oldalon láthatóak. Ismét köszönjük mindenkinek a sok szép vízilabda pillanatot amit lencsevégre lehetett kapni!

The '98-'99 team today played Csabai Csirkefogok from Hungary, currently the group table leaders. It started with a tight first and second quarter, then they produced a more solid advantage, final score becoming 11-5 for the team from Bekescsaba. Detailed notes are here.

The second match was not promising to be any easier with Szentes, and while our lads put up a super fight, producing a very tight 3rd quarter, the Hungarian team dominated with 15-3 final score. Notes are here.

The two matches came right after each other, so after today's solid efforts, we wish the young team a very good rest and a pleasant journey home! School holiday starts next week, so also pleasant holiday, boys!

Echipa din grupa '98-'99 a jucat azi cu Csabai Csirkefogok din Ungaria, liderii tabelei de grupa. A început foarte strâns în primele două sferturi, după care echipa de la Bekescsaba a produs un avantaj mai solid, scorul final fiind 11-5 pentru ei.  Note detaliate sunt aici.

Meciul doi nu s-a promis a fi unul mai usor cu echipa de la Szentes, și cu toate că băieții noștri au produs o luptă frumoasă cu un al treilea sfert foarte echilibrat, echipa din Ungaria a dominat cu scorul final de 15-3.  Notele sunt aici.

Cele două meciuri au urmat unul după altul, așa că după eforturile solide de azi, dorim tuturor odihnă bună și călătorie plăcută spre casă! Vacanța începe săptămâna viitoare, așa că le urăm și vacanță plăcută!

A '98-'99-es korcsoportú csapat ma a Csabai Csirkefogókkal, a csoport táblázat vezetőivel játszott. Az első két negyed nagyon szorosan ment, miután a Békéscsabaiak nagyobb előnyre tettek szert és 11-5 lett a végeredmény. A jegyzetek itt vannak.

A második meccs a szentesi csapattal nem ígérkezett könnyebbnek, és noha a srácok alapos csatát vívtak egy nagyon kiegyensúlyozott harmadik negyedet is produkálva, a szentesi csapat dominált 15-3-ra győzve. A jegyzetek itt vannak.

A két meccs egymás után következett, így a mai szolid erőfeszítések után kívánunk mindenkinek alapos jó pihenést és jó utat hazafele. Jövő héten kezdődik a vakáció is, így nagyon kellemes suliszünetet is kívánunk!

Toward Oradea ● Spre Oradea ● Nagyvárad felé

The Junior III team is departing in the morning toward Oradea, where the next stage of the regional championship takes place.

Again two matches await the boys, both with strong Hungarian teams from Bekescsaba and Szentes - once again a brilliant opportunity to gain experience in such a tournament.

We wish everyone a very good journey and all the best for Saturday, and we'll come back with news when they become available.

Echipa de juniori III pleacă dimineața spre Oradea, unde va avea loc următoarea etapă a campionatului regional.

Iar două meciuri vor fi jucate, ambele cu echipe tari din Ungaria, de la Bekescsaba și Szentes, așa că încă o perfectă ocazie pentru câștigare de experiență la un astfel de turneu.

Urăm tuturor călătorie plăcută și toate cele bune pentru sâmbătă, și vom reveni cu știri imediat ce le aflăm.

Az ifi III-as csapat reggel indul Nagyvárad fele, ahol a vidéki bajnokság következő fordulójára kerül sor.

Ismét két meccs vár a srácokra, mindkettő erős magyarországi csapatokkal, mégpedig Békéscsabáról és Szentesről, így megint kitűnő alkalom lesz egy ilyen turnén való tapasztalatszerzésre.

Kívánunk mindenkinek jó utat és minden jót szombatra, visszatérünk majd hírekkel amint azok befutnak.
