Another goodbye ● Încă un bun rămas ● Még egy búcsúzás

Recently we welcomed a new coach in the club, who rapidly built a solid relationship with the team he began to train. The below notes are based on perhaps too many persons' several impressions and reports, and it was a phase in the club's life that was at the same time promising and educational...

Despite all the turmoil caused by some in the club (as we reported earlier), many saw that Gyozo Laposi established a stable training environment for the kids, for whom he even organised several fun events, too. He also found sponsors for numerous important sporting events.

It was also nice to see that he was one of those coaches in the club whom we could describe with respect - and could resolve issues in a civilised manner, without barbaric and/or obscene tantrums in front of children and everyone at the pool, which are the long-known trademarks of some at the club...

It is also ironic how some could launch personal attacks simply because their acts become widely known to too many witnesses, because many dared to report those acts. The connection between the acts and their consequences are completely lost on some. Also, as it is too well known in psychology, in their continuous fight with the entire world, always others are at fault and while there is a constant martyrdom, everyone around them is eroded... For many years, actually this is the very goal they tried to achieve...

Objectively, their barbaric attacks' very public nature is again a classic and desperate act of trying to cobble together some moral support. These are the acts of guilty people, and they can not grasp how these classic manifestations confirm everything they try to deny. They simply lack the intelligence to realise how big own goals they are scoring all the time - if Sun-Tze were alive, he would enjoy seeing this conflict and how some step into every strategic trap, in the light of his eternal writings...but the tensions they created for everyone who saw these are deplorable.

Unfortunately, with great regret we see Mr. Laposi resign - after long series of self-centred dictatorial measures imposed by some who, even when it affected directly the kids, have not consulted at all the boys from some teams nor the parents.

His decision is thus very understandable, considering the circumstances and the way he was treated by some - and while many thank him for all his altruistic efforts that had the kids in centre focus, we also wish him the best of success in the future! 

Recent am urat la club bun venit unui nou antrenor, cine a construit rapid o relație solidă cu echipa pe care o antrena. Cele de mai jos sunt bazate pe multe impresii și opinii de la poate prea multe persoane, și a fost o perioadă promițătoare dar și educativă...

În pofida multor turbulențe cauzate de unii de la club, cum s-a descris recent, mulți au văzut că Gyozo Laposi a creat un mediu stabil de antrenament pentru copii, pentru care a organizat chiar și multe evenimente. A găsit și sponsori pentru mai multe evenimente sportive importante.

A fost plăcut să vedem faptul că s-a numărat printre antrenorii despre care scriam cu stimă, și care puteau să rezolve civilizat multe episoade tensionate, fără circuri barbarice și/sau obscene în fața copiilor și tuturor de la bazin, metode care sunt semnături de mult cunoscute ale unora de la club...

Atacurile lor publice si barbarice sunt obiectiv vorbind clasice acte disperate menite să adune ceva minim suport moral. Acestea sunt acțiunile tipice ale unor persoane vinovate, care ironic confirmă de fiecare dată ceea ce vor să nege prin atacarea martorilor. Este o manifestare clasică, dar nu pricep autogolurile enorme pe care le marchează. Daca Sun-Tze ar trăi, s-ar distra de minune văzând acest conflict, și capcanele strategice în care pășesc unii, în lumina rândurilor sale eterne. Din păcate, tensiunea creată pentru toți , inclusiv echipele, este deplorabilă.

Este ironic cum fapte regulate comise de față cu mulți martori de către unii sunt folosite ca pretext pentru atacuri personale deschise împotriva unora care au îndrăznit să raporteze acele fapte. Conexiunea între fapte și consecințe este complet pierdută de aceste persoane. Totodată, după cum este extrem de bine cunoscut în psihologie, totdeauna în lupta lor continuă cu toată lumea alții sunt de vină pentru tot, și erodează pe toți în jur... De mulți ani de fapt acesta este obiectivul pe care încearcă să atingă.

Din păcate, cu mare regret primim demisia D-lui Laposi după o lungă serie de măsuri egocentrice impuse dictatorial de către unii care, chiar când acestea afectau direct copiii, nu au consultat deloc pe echipele respective și nici pe părinți. 

Decizia este deci de înțeles, considerând circumstanțele și modul în care a fost tratat de către unii - și în timp ce mulți îi mulțumesc pentru toate eforturile altruiste care se concentrau pe copii, totodată îi dorim mult succes pentru viitor!

Nemrég a klubnál egy új edzőt üdvözöltünk, aki rövid idő alatt szolid kapcsolatot alakított ki az általa edzett csapattal. A lentiek talán túl sok személy benyomásain és leírásain alapulnak, mivel egy ígéretes de tanulságos periódus volt a klub életében.

A klub egyes személyei által keltett zavarok ellenére (amelyeket nemrég itt is említettünk), sokan láthatták ahogyan Láposi Győző egy stabil környezetet teremtett a gyerekek számára, akiknek még sok eseményt is szervezett. Talált szponzorokat is több fontos sport eseményre.

Kellemes volt látni, hogy azon edzők közé tartozik, akikről lehetett tisztelettel írni és meg tudták oldani civilizált módon a feszült helyzeteket is, a gyerekek és mindenki más előtt rendezett barbár és/vagy obszcén cirkuszok nélkül, amelyek a klubnál egyeseknek régóta ismert tipikus módszerei...

A nyilvános támadások kétségbeesett tettek erkölcsi támogatás összekuporgatására. A vétkesek klasszikus módszereihez folyamodnak és nem értik mekkora hatalmas öngólokat dobnak ezzel, hiszen minden alkalommal igazolják mindazt amit annyira elvakultan próbálnak tagadni. Ha Sun-Tze élne, örök érvényű sorai fényében nagyon szórakozna e konfliktust és azt látva, ahogyan egyesek minden stratégiai csapdába belelépnek.  Sajnálatos azonban a feszültség, amit ezzel keltenek mindenki számára a csapatokban.

Ironikus, ahogy mindig több szemtanú előtt elkövetett tettek után a tanúk közül egyeseket letámadnak nyilvánosan, mert azok jelenteni merték ezeket... a tettek és következmények közötti kapcsolat egyszerűen érthetetlen számukra. Ugyanakkor, amint pszichológiában túlságosan jól ismert, mindig más a hibás és mártír sorsra kerülnek a világgal folytatott állandó harcban, amellyel mindenkit lemorzsolnak maguk körül. Több éve azonban pontosan ez a céljuk is...

Sajnálattal fogadjuk Láposi úr lemondását, egyesek egocentrikus és diktatorikus intézkedéseinek sorozata után is, akik még akkor sem vonták be a döntéshozatalba egyes csapatok játékosait sem szüleiket amikor azon döntések az utóbbiakat közvetlenül érintette.

A döntése érthető, tekintve a körülményeket és a bánásmódot - és miközben sokan köszönik az önzetlen erőfeszítéseit amelyek a gyerekeket helyezték előtérbe, kívánunk sok sok sikert a jövőben!
