 After the four-day tournament in the superb mountain resort of the Banffy pool at Toplita, the lads are returning to their homes.

Hot summer weather made the tournament even more enjoyable, and many visitors enjoyed the buzz and the water polo matches that the 80-odd boys brought to that pool. Photos can be seen at this link.

In both junior and children's age category, the teams from Brasov achieved first place, Aquasport juniors second, Chisinau third and Minimax fourth place; in the children's category, Chisinau came second and Aquasport third, Minimax fourth. Unfortunately, the teams from Oradea could not make it in the end to the tournament.

Congratulations to all the teams, many thanks to the hosts, organisers and supporters! And, as usual, have a very good rest everybody!

 După turneul de patru zile organizat la superbul ștrand Banffy de la Toplița, băieții se întorc acasă.

Vreme fierbinte de vară a făcut acest turneu încă și mai magic, mulți vizitatori ai ștrandului au putut să se delecteze cu agitația și meciurile de polo pe apă aduse de cei 80 și ceva de băieți la acel bazin.

În ambele categorii, de juniori și de copii, Brașov a luat locul întâi, juniorii de la Aquasport locul doi, Chișinău locul trei și Minimax Tg. Mureș locul patruș la copii, Chișinău a fost pe locul doi, Aquasport pe locul trei și Minimax pe locul patru. Din păcate, echipa de la Oradea până la urmă nu a putut să vină la turneu. Felicitări tuturor echipelor, multe mulțumiri gazdelor, organizatorilor și suporterilor! Și, ca de obicei, urăm tuturor odihnă plăcută! Vom reveni cu poze...

A csodás maroshévizi Bánffy strandon lezajlott négy napos turné után a srácok hazafele indultak.

A forró nyári időjárás még klasszabbá tette e turnét, a strand sok látogatója élvezhette a nyüzsgést és a sok vízilabda meccset amit a nyolcvanvalahány srác hozott oda. Fotók e linken át érhetőek el.

Ifi és gyerek kategóriában is Brassó lett első, ifiknél Aquasport második, Kisinyov harmadik és a vásárhelyi Minimax negyedik, míg gyerekeknél Kisinyov lett második, Aquasport harmadik és Minimax negyedik.

Gratulálunk minden csapatnak, sok köszönet a házigazdáknak, szervezőknek és közönségnek! És mint általában, alapos kellemes pihenést kívánunk mindenkinek! Hamarosan visszatérünk fotókkal is.

An exciting international junior tournament was organized for the 8-11 August in the mountain town of Toplita, with the superb Banffy pool and the landscape providing an amazing setting. 

The below listed teams will play during these days, with some matches being evening ones - and the mountains and the pool will truly make it magical for the kids, but also for their supporters. The matches will be between 18:00 - 22:00 from Thu night onwards, and 8:30 - 12:00 in the mornings.

Congratulations to all the organizers who worked non-stop on this, including complicated logistics - and success to all the teams! We hope many will turn up to watch this quite special polo event!

Între datele de 8-11 august, în orășelul montan Toplița  se va desfășura un turneu de polo internațional pentru juniori, cu peisajul superb și ștrandul Banffy oferind un decor într-adevăr special.

Echipele listate mai sus vor juca în aceste zile, cu unele meciuri fiind seara - așa că munțile și bazinul vor transforma această întrunire de polo în ceva magic pentru copii, dar și pentru suporterii lor. Meciurile vor fi intre 18:00 - 22:00 de joi seara încolo, și 8:30 - 12:00 diminețile. 

Felicitări pentru organizatori care au lucrat nonstop, inclusiv la problemele logistice mai speciale - și mult succes tuturor echipelor! Sperăm că vor veni cât mai mulți să privească acest eveniment polo special!

Augusztus 8-11 között a hegyekben levő Maroshévizen egy nemzetközi ifi vízilabda turnéra kerül sor, a Bánffy strand és a táj valóban különleges keretet szolgáltat majd. 

Fentebb láthatóak a csapatok, egyes meccseket este játszanak majd, így a strand és a hegyek mágikussá teszik e találkozókat a gyerekek, de a szurkolóik számára is. A meccseket csütörtök estétől 18:00 - 22:00 óra között és a reggelieket 8:30 - 12:00 között játsszák majd.

Gratulálunk a szervezőknek akik nonstop ezen dolgoztak, megoldva a különlegesebb szállítási problémákat is - és sok sikert minden csapatnak! Reméljük minél többen eljönnek megnézni e különleges vízilabda turnét!

Rowing Saturday ● Sâmbătă cu vâslit ● Evező szombat

Rowmania represents Romania by boat, together with rowing's legendary figure, Ivan Patzaichin - and it came to our hometown, too on Saturday.

With almost 20 teams, including our lads and our former players, there was great fun on the river Maros - this time the lads competed above water :) The presence of Ivan Patzaichin was an additional thrill, who also signed the t-shirts - quite something to cherish.

The large photo album about the event can be found on the Rowmania Facebook page - thanks to all the organisers and spectators who gathered at the river and congrats to everybody who participated and made this into a super summer event!

Rowmania reprezintă România prin vâslit, împreună cu figura legendară a sportului,  Ivan Patzaichin - și în această sâmbătă, ei au venit și în orașul nostru!

Cu aproape 20 de echipe, inclusiv băieții noștri și foști jucători, a fost multă distracție pe râul Mureș - de data aceasta băieții au avut competiție deasupra apei :) Prezența lui  Ivan Patzaichin a adus emoții suplimentare, și a semnat și tricourile care rămân amintiri foarte speciale. 

Albumul de poze despre eveniment se poate găsi pe pagina Rowmania de pe Facebook - mulțumim organizatorilor și spectatorilor care s-au strâns lângă râu, și felicitări tuturor care au participat la acest eveniment superb de vară!

Rowmania országunkat képviseli evezősportokon keresztül, e sportok legendás személyiségével,  Ivan Patzaichin-nal - és e szombaton városunkat is meglátogatták.

Közel 20 csapattal, közöttük jenellegi és volt Aquasportos srácokkal, szuper szórakozás is volt a Maros folyón - ezúttal a fiúk víz felett versenyeztek :)  Ivan Patzaichin jelenléte plusz izgalmat okozott, és a trikókat is aláírta, úgyhogy szép emléktárgyakként maradnak fent.

 On 12-14 July, at the Olympic pool at the Weekend Complex, the 2000/2001 children's second qualifying round took place for the national championship. Unfortunately none of the local teams qualified but there were superb matches for 3 days.

 Intre datele de 12-14 iulie la bazinul Olimpic de la Complexul Weekend din Tg.-Mureș a avut loc returul de calificare la campionatul național de copii născuți în 2000/2001. Niciunul din echipele locale nu a reusit sa se califice, dar am avut 3 zile de meciuri superbe.

Július 12-14 között a marosvásárhelyi víkentelep olimpiai medencéjében a 2000/2001-es születésű gyerekek országos bajnokságának második selejtező fordulójára került sor. Egyik helyi csapat sem jutott be de 3 napig szuper meccsek voltak!

 On 12-14 July, at the Olympic pool at the Weekend Complex, the 2000/2001 children's second qualifying round takes place for the national championship. Between same dates, the women's national championship takes place.

The timetables can be seen below - we wish lots of success to all participants! And we welcome all the interested parties, spectators and supporters!

NOTE: due to recent changes, the matches start at 9AM and 4:30PM instead of what is listed in the Federation's fax!

 Intre datele de 12-14 iulie la bazinul Olimpic de la Complexul Weekend din Tg.-Mureș va avea loc returul de calificare la campionatul național de copii născuți în 2000/2001 și campionatul național de senioare.

Orarele sunt afișate aici - dorim mult succes tuturor participanților! Și așteptăm cu drag toți spectatorii!
NOTĂ: Meciurile au fost schimbate,  încep de la 9 și de la 16:30, față de cele listate in faxul Federației!

Július 12-14 között a marosvásárhelyi víkentelep olimpiai medencéjében a 2000/2001-es születésű gyerekek országos bajnokságának második selejtező fordulójára kerül sor. Ugyanakkor ott a női bajnokság is sorra kerül.

Az órarendek itt láthatóak - sok sikert a résztvevő csapatoknak! És minden nézőt szeretettel várunk!
A meccsek változások miatt a Szövetség faxával ellentétben 9-kor és 16:30-kor kezdődnek!
