An interesting feature of the competition calendar is that Aquasport's players in the first two days of this tournament ended up playing with teams from all the clubs that occupied the podium in this championship's previous edition.

After they played with the team from the club that was last year's Junior II vice champion and Junior III champion (Crisul Oradea) yesterday, today brought as opponents last year's champion club in Junior II age group (Triumf Bucharest) and the club that won third place in Junior II and second in Junior III (Steaua Bucharest).

At 9AM, the encounter with Triumf arrived, with whom earlier this year Aquasport had the special privilege to train a whole week with.

The match was especially thrilling, as Aquasport was leading even in the 3rd quarter still, but then Triumf managed to turn it around dramatically, ending with 16-8 in their favour. So a major effort and splendid battle from both teams!

Steaua has been on the podium of Junior II and III age group national championships many times in the past years... so the afternoon match was again something to really look forward to with lots of excitement.They dominated the game, with end score of 18-5 in their favour.

The truly sizzling summer heat continues, having gone above 40 degress centigrade, but we wish the team a good rest before tomorrow's last match with Dinamo Bucharest (now to take place at 8AM, earlier than initially planned), and all the best for that encounter!

O trăsătură interesantă a calendarului competițional este că jucătorii noștri în primele două zile ale turneului joacă cu echipe de la toate cele trei cluburi care au ocupat podiumul la ediția din anul trecut a acestui campionat.

După ce au jucat ieri cu echipa de la clubul care a fost vicecampioana junior II (Crișul Oradea, totodată campioana Junior III), azi calendarul a adus ca adversari pe clubul care a fost campion Junior II anul trecut (Triumf București) și clubul care a ocupat locul trei la Junior II și locul doi la Junior III (Steaua București).

La 9 dimineața a început întâlnirea cu Triumf, cu care Aquasport a avut recent privilegiul special de a se antrena timp de o săptămână.

Meciul a fost unul foarte furtunos, Aquasport conducea chiar și în al treilea sfert, dar apoi Triumf a reușit să întoarcă situația într-un mod dramatic, câștigând cu 16-8 până la urmă. Deci o bătălie și efort splendid de la ambele echipe!

Steaua a fost pe podiumul campionatului național de multe ori în anii precedenți la categoria Junior II și III, așa că meciul de după-masă a fost încă una așteptată cu multe emoții. Au dominat meciul, scorul final fiind 18-5 în favoarea lor.

Căldura chiar enormă continuă cu temperaturi care au urcat la peste 40 de grade, dar dorim echipei odihnă plăcută înaintea ultimului meci de-al lor, care se va juca mâine dimineață cu Dinamo București (la 8 dimineața, deci mică schimbare) - și desigur mult succes pentru acea întâlnire!

A versenynaptár érdekessége, hogy Aquasport játékosai a turné első két napján mindhárom, a tavalyi bajnokság pódiumán állt klub csapataival játszanak.

Miután tegnap a második helyen végzett klub csapatával, a Crisul Nagyváraddal játszottak (akik Ifi III csoportban bajnokok voltak), ma a tavalyi Ifi II bajnok, a Triumf Bukarest, és a harmadik helyen végzett Steaua Bukarest klubok csapatai az ellenfelek (utóbbi klub tavaly Ifi III korcsoportban második volt).

Reggel kilenckor kezdődött a Triumf elleni mérkőzés, Aquasport különleges kiváltsága volt nemrég e csapattal edzeni egy héten át.

A meccs különösen izgalmas volt, Aquasport vezetett még a harmadik negyedben is, de a Triumf-nak sikerült drámai módon megfordítani a helyzetet és 16-8-ra nyertek. Így tehát egy fenomenális harc és erőkifejtés volt mindkét csapat részéről!

Kívánunk a csapatnak jó pihenést a reggeli kemény akció után, és sok sikert a délután ötkor kezdődő Steaua elleni meccshez!

A Steaua az elmúlt évek során többször volt az Ifi II és III korcsoportban az országos bajnokság dobogóján, így a délutáni meccset is nagy izgalommal várhattuk. Dominálták a mérkőzést, 18-5-re nyerve ezt.

A valóban perzselő meleg folytatódik, 41 fokot is meghaladó hőmérséklettel, de a csapatnak kívánunk jó pihenést a holnap reggeli Dinamo Bukarest ellen játszandó utolsó meccsükhöz (ez reggel 8-tól lesz kis változással) - és minden jót, sok sikert azon találkozóhoz!

The team arrived in Bucharest yesterday in searing summer heat and this morning they had their first match with Viitorul Cluj at 9AM.

The day and the final tournament started superbly for Aquasport, as they won 10-6! Huge congratulations for a perfect morning!

Their second match of the day took place at 4PM and the classy opponent, Crisul Oradea, really doesn't need any introduction... so it was expected to be a very exciting encounter. The two teams most recently met at the final stage of the Budapest Diapolo championship.

So the day got hotter and not only meteorogically speaking... Crisul dominated the match, winning with a final score of 15-5.

So to the entire team, congrats for today's win & all the efforts, pleasant rest and the very best for tomorrow, when they meet two superb teams from Bucharest, TRIUMF, last year's champions, and Steaua!

Echipa a sosit ieri la București în căldură mare și azi dimineață la 9 au avut primul lor meci, adversarul fiind Viitorul Cluj.

Ziua și turneul final a început superb pentru Aquasport, pentru că au câștigat cu scorul de 10-6! Deci enorme felicitări pentru o dimineață perfectă!

Al doilea meci de-al lor a fost jucat la 4 după-masă, și adversarul de calibru, Crișul Oradea, chiar că nu are nevoie de prezentare... deci meciul se promitea a fi unul foarte excitant. Cele două echipe s-au întâlnit cel mai recent la ultima etapă a campionatului Diapolo de la Budapesta.

Așa că ziua a devenit chiar fierbinte, și nu numai meteorologic vorbind... Crișul a dominat acest meci, câștigând cu scorul final de 15-5.

Deci pentru întreaga echipă, felicitări sincere pentru victoria de azi și efortul la maxim, odihnă plăcută și mult succes pentru mâine, când ei vor întâlni două echipe superbe din București, TRIUMF, campionul de anul trecut și Steaua!

A csapat tegnap a perzselő nyári melegben megérkezett Bukarestbe és ma reggel kilenckor meg is volt az első meccs, a Viitorul Kolozsvár csapatával.

A nap és a turné szuperül kezdődött Aquasport számára, mert nyertek 10-6-ra! Hatalmas gratulációk a csapatnak egy tökéletes reggelért!

A második meccsük délután négykor következett, és ellenfelüknek, a nagykaliberű Crisul Nagyvárad-nak valóban nincs szüksége bemutatkozásra... így rendkívül izgalmas mérkőzésnek ígérkezett ez. A két csapat legutóbb a budapesti Diapolo bajnokság utolsó fordulójában játszott egymással.

A nap tehát egészen felforrósodott, és nem csak időjárás szempontjából. A Crisul dominálta a meccset, 15-5-ös végeredménnyel nyerve ezt.

Így a teljes csapatnak nagyon gratulálunk a mai győzelemért és maximális erőkifejtésért, kellemes pihenést is és sok sikert holnapra, amikor két híres bukaresti csapattal játszanak, a TRIUMF-fal, a tavalyi bajnokkal, és Steaua-val!

While school is finishing with end-of-year exams and tests, the lads in the Junior II age group team and  some of their younger mates have an additional set of tough tests coming up.

The first final tournament of the national championship takes place in Bucharest between 20-23 June, as per more recent date confirmations from the Federation (after several changes). For the first time in almost 30 years, Targu Mures water polo is represented by the Aquasport players.

On 20 June, the swimming norms are done and then next day the matches start. The timetable looks as follows:

21 June:

Școala se termină curând, cu multe teste și examene de sfârșit de an - dar băieții din grupa de vârstă Junior II și unii din colegii lor mai tineri au un set suplimentar de teste tari.

Primul turneu final al campionatului național va avea loc la București, și după schimbări de date, se confirmă datele ca fiind 20-23 iunie.

Pentru prima oară în aproape 30 de ani, polo-ul pe apă din Târgu Mureș este reprezentat de către jucătorii de la Aquasport.

Pe data de 20 iunie, se înoată normele și meciurile încep în ziua următoare. Orarul este mai sus în partea de limba engleză.

Deci listă superbă de adversari - și cu munca grea în timpul pregătirilor pentru acest turneu și pentru meciurile tari care urmează, urăm echipei toate cele bune și mult succes pentru campionat!

Az országos bajnokság első döntő fordulója Bukarestben június 20 és 23 között zajlik, pár dátum változás után.

Szinte harminc éve először a marosvásárhelyi vízilabdát Aquasport játékosai viszik az országos bajnokság döntő turnéjára.

Június 20-ikán a normákat ússzák, és másnap indulnak a meccsek. Ezek órarendjét a fenti angol részen lehet látni.

Így tehát egy szuper ellenfél lista - a turnéra való kemény felkészülés fényében, és az elkövetkező kemény meccsekhez kívánunk a csapatnak minden jót és sok sikert a bajnokságra!

So we did some updates and now hopefully most, if not all, of recent articles have been hunted down and linked on our Press page under the appropriate topics.

Cu recentele etape finale la campionatul regional și la cel de la Budapesta, plus multă acțiune la cel național, multe articole noi au apărut în presă.

Așa că am făcut câteva actualizări și sperăm că cele mai multe, dacă nu chiar toate, articole apărute recent au fost găsite și adăugite la pagina noastră de presă (Press) sub temele respective.

În cazul în care unele ne-au ”scăpat”, ne bucurăm de orice adăugire așa că puteți să ne aruncați câteva rânduri - mulțumim în avans.

With some major movements in earlier established national championship calendar, both Junior II and III age group teams have a very active period ahead of them.

The new dates look as follows (and might be subject to further changes) based on some preliminary info.

The Junior II championship's first final tournament is taking place much earlier, on 23 June (was 6 July onwards). Junior II second finals round happens from 13 July onwards, whilst Junior III lads will play from 27 July onwards their second qualifying round. Please note in case you see the discrepancies, that these are at this point in time not yet reflected on the Federation webpage, updates will follow probably soon.

So whilst lots of work in schools to finish the year, also lots and lots of work in the pool in coming weeks.

Cu mai multe mişcări majore în calendarul campionatului naţional, echipele din categoriile Junior II şi III vor avea o perioadă foarte activă.

Noile date arată în felul următor (şi alte schimbări sunt posibile) pe baza unor informații preliminare.

Primul turneu final al campionatului naţional Junior II va avea loc mult mai devreme, începând cu 23 iunie. Al doilea turneu final are loc din 13 iulie încolo, iar cei din categoria Junior III vor juca de la 27 iulie etapa lor de retur. O mică notă dacă observaţi diferenţe: pagina Federaţiei la momentul acesta nu reflectă aceste date şi actualizare probabil se face curând.

Deci multă muncă în şcoli pentru a încheia anul, dar şi mult lucuru în bazin în timpul acestor săptămâni.

Az ifi II-es és III-as korcsoportú csapatoknak nagyon aktív periódusuk lesz, mivel több jelentős változás történt az országos bajnokság naptárában.

Az újabb dátumok a következőek, pillanatyi információk szerint és változások még történhetnek.

Az Ifi II-es első döntő forduló jóval korábban, június 23-ikán indul. A második turné július 13-ikán indul, majd az Ifi III-as csoport második selejtezője következik július 27-ikén. A szövetség honlapja hamarosan frissítére kerül valószínűleg, így addig ezen dátumok még ott nem szerepelnek.

Így tehát kemény meló lesz a sulikban az évzáráshoz, de a medencében is az elkövetkező hetekben.
